If the treadmill suddenly stops you'll definitely get thrown backwards, because there's a friction between your shoes and the surface. The treadmill is moving backwards and it launches you into that direction unless you happen to be completely in the air during the time it suddenly stops.
I don't think it suddenly stop either. I think the camera man is correct. The club I go to has a treadmill and it doesn't sudden stop, but instead it will go backward and throw you off the machine. That is what I think happened with Michael I the technician at the club has tried to fit it servaral times. But the problem is it is intermittent. I will do it within the first minute of operation. So when I use it I am always prepared in case it does the sudden reverse.
Yes, I love every house tour by Michael & Adam, this mansion absolutely modern luxury, especially how to make organize space, that out door seems like in door...very smart, .... thank you for presenting this video....😊
The dynamic duo strikes again! Hahaha! Thanks for the chuckles! The world could use a LOT more good guys like you who don’t take themselves too seriously, especially right now!
If i had enough money to buy any of the houses that u have shown us , this one would be right up there on the top of the list of considerations. Cheers guys.
@articee1 He's the one who said he'll tour his own house. He has also shown many parts of it in videos. His driveway, closet, kitchen, living room, backyard, garage, and his view.
Wow, $900,000,000! This house is definitely worth it guys. I could definitely see myself living in it. I live here in Las Vegas, and love it. Although I couldn't afford it, I can still dream of living in this house. Someday I would love to meet you guys. I've been a fan of you guys for a while now. Great job on the video, and I can't wait till the next one. Take care guys!
I quite like the style. I like the no glass in the bathroom... it equals no possibility of breaking the glass and no having to clean the glass. It has a great skelton for if someone wanted to style it up to a different style otlr different taste
I genuinely like Michael. He and I absolutely have nothing in common. His lifestyle and world would never even know that I exist. But I’ve watched him for years, and he may be completely acting, but he seems kind, genuine, polite and simple. Yes he likes super extravagant items and lifestyle, but there is a small bit of him and his personality that shines through that the average “Joe” can connect with. I may be completely wrong, but I hope not.
I reckon it's to block the tv from sight. Not everybody likes the sight of a big tv in their living room. But in this case the tv is still visible on the edges. This system is a miss for me.
Silly (I guess) question: with all of the luxury outdoor/indoor-style houses common in warm-weather areas (S.Cali, Nevada, AZ, etc) when all the wall-length doors are open, what keeps the house from being overrun with insects (especially the flying variety)?
It's really not THAT bad with the insects. Though, with all of the rains this past winter, there will be more than usual. Perhaps they have those downdraft fans at the pocket doors?
This is a beautiful home...the closets and accessible bedroom mini bedroom kitchens are nice...I like the eclectic mixture of the very old antiques within a modern home. If I had my druthers, it would be on Lakeshore Drive/Crystal Bay. I miss, the snow, trees, interesting older people(who are probably all dead by now), and especially the quietude of the lake. #justtypin Everyone says that Las Vegas is going to run out of water... I'm not for certain if it's claims over water rights, or what the old people believed would be lawful for the future of Vegas, but it's probably going to run out of water is what ”they" said.🤔
these silly houseviewings are strictly for my fast forward button...I don't care for them...but different strokes for different folks, right? I'll just wait for the next video...
I was stopped by a silver-colored marble displayed in the heart of nevada Las Vegas , as if it had been made for me. I entered the mansion attracted by its elegance, as if I was a “king” ascending a stairway leading to a dream surmounted by a crown of days.
Great house and fab views and reasonable value considering everything that it offers. poor Adam sounds like he is dealing with the middle or end of a cold judging by the sound of his voice. good luck with that Adam. Also Adam i have to say that you choose some awesome music in these vids as the middle mix between sequences....luv it.
its funny to see your reactions to a wet bathroom concept! and i have to say that its actually easier to clean since you can just use water pretty much everywhere
Hi Michael greetings from Thailand our shower in the master bedroom has no door but it's like walking into a tunnel the water spray never reaches the rest of the bathroom house value 20 million
I love this channel brilliant content its wild how they film what most dont get to ever see do a collaboration with your top 10 most watched videos in a playlist please ☺️🙏
If I had to guess I would say this house is around 9 mll since its in Henderson NV but in Beverly Hills that house easy hits 20 million. LOVE THIS HOUSE!!!
Holy sh*t I just commented the same thing. I was trying to do the math. Core 3 million...top grade finishings ... highway robbery on the glass....3 times a normal price for the pool.... sudden code changes from back to school with Rodney...neighbors 14 feet away...and I still couldn't spend more than 9 million. So is the lot 11 million?
The treadmill flinging him off makes sense if it seized up for a moment, then came back on again, the initial stop could get him off balance and then if it started back up quick again itd jerk him backwards and hed fall back, 100% new fear unlocked...
500 dollars a square foot is 3 million dollars. Say you paid triple you're still only at 9 million. The lot may be worth 11 million, it is in a continuous row with neighbors what a full 20 feet away. Terrific.
Showers like that are very common in Japan and idk how they keep there toilet paper dry when it is facing the open shower. Great video as always keep up the great work
Not just in Japan in Thaïland is a jet from a hose just with wather doest have aĺl the gadjets japanees have but since I visited 30 years ago I had a similar system fixed to my wc and I realized how better its from our UE or US system. Its like washing muddy hand with dry paper, non sense.
Man, I just can't live in a desert like that. The home is amazing but it's depressing looking at so much rock and mountain. Especially when your originally from beautiful tropical lucious green areas.
If you guys wouldn’t mind , featuring some older estates ? There must be some out there . Another house you may want to feature while in Vegas, is the Underground House . I don’t think it’s for sale , but it would be a swell place to rent for a special occasion .
I tore the meniscus in my knee training for a marathon. I could barely walk afterwards. I haven’t ran since. Ironically, even running off of a treadmill is dangerous 😂 now I just ride a bicycle and swim when the weather is nice. Though for someone your age, I wouldn’t recommend cycling because there are dangers specific to getting into cycling. Responsible cycling, after you’ve already gotten used to it and a good sense for what’s safe, is only a little dangerous. Fixed cycling bikes are good though, and over a few good workouts that pain in the ass goes away, provided the seat height is adjusted right. If it is persistently painful that almost always means the seat post is too low. Your sit bones should not be on the larger rear section of the seat. I relearned this recently. My seat post must have slipped, and starting this new season the seat was persistently uncomfortable, I raised the seat post and voila it felt normal again. It’s about finding a balance between your sit bones and your gouch 😂 Swimming also is a great idea.
all these houses are cool with the pocket doors and such, but I wanna know how many if any bugs and unwanted things get inside. yeah you can spray and all that, but can't always get it all and how is the cell service at the property
These houses with large panels that open up the house work well in temperate climates. Ideal for southern beach houses where the temperature is pleasant and stable throughout the year and throughout the day, but temperatures vary greatly throughout the day in desert climates. Im curious what the actual breakdown comparison in terms of available open hours for these ‘opening’ houses is. However maybe it doesn’t matter if someone motorizes and programs them to open and close at certain temperatures and times, making it no hassle. Fresh air is valuable.
On the one hand yes it was, but the dog in there was very old, probably bad eyes etc. Maybe it was in there for it's own safety. The house is huge and there might be several places that are dangerous for it. But personally, I'd put this cage to a more friendly, brighter place probably in the living room. But who knows, the owner might have reasons to put it there.
Subbed on this channel now for several years. and i dont regret doing that at all. Every video is great, never had 1 video i didnt enjoy
I’ve been subbed for years. Love the house tours, especially showcasing the modern architecture.😅
15:30 😂
Nicely done.. the home is very classy and tasteful ✨️
HELLLLLLLL YEAH, ANOTHER HOUSE TOUR!
If the treadmill suddenly stops you'll definitely get thrown backwards, because there's a friction between your shoes and the surface. The treadmill is moving backwards and it launches you into that direction unless you happen to be completely in the air during the time it suddenly stops.
This is not true. The only way you’d get thrown backwards is if you stopped walking as the treadmill stopped.
I don't think it suddenly stop either. I think the camera man is correct. The club I go to has a treadmill and it doesn't sudden stop, but instead it will go backward and throw you off the machine. Love the modern ZEN touch of this property! Bravo 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👌🏼
If i had enough money to buy any of the houses that u have shown us , this one would be right up there on the top of the list of considerations. Cheers guys.
I'll be dead and gone before we get a tour of Micheals house
This is all entertainment. I doubt he’d get that personal with his audience. Boundaries for his private space.
@articee1 He's the one who said he'll tour his own house. He has also shown many parts of it in videos. His driveway, closet, kitchen, living room, backyard, garage, and his view.
@@ralBurebsuos oh ok. Thanks. I didn’t realize. A full tour would indeed be welcomed then.
@articee1 He said he'd do a tour like 5 years ago, so it's probably not coming😂
He's done his own house....wardrobe/clothes/kitchen.
Best banter in the business! ❤
Wow, $900,000,000! This house is definitely worth it guys. I could definitely see myself living in it. I live here in Las Vegas, and love it. Not $900 million 😂
Very good house tour!
Way to go guys!
Thank you Michael for featuring this incredible custom home in Ascaya, Henderson! Appreciate the shout out 😃
I quite like the style. I like the no glass in the bathroom... it equals no possibility of breaking the glass and no having to clean the glass. It has a great skelton for if someone wanted to style it up to a different style otlr different taste
Great fun video, thank you once again for bringing us into a beautiful home! Love you guys!🙏💕
Love it 🫶🌹🫶😘🥰😘thank you for sharing 🥂🥃🥂

5:50 I'm so bewildered by this TV setup. What is the point of the moving speakers? Who would ever want them in the position where they block the TV?
I reckon it's to block the tv from sight. Not everybody likes the sight of a big tv in their living room. But in this case the tv is still visible on the edges. This system is a miss for me.
You guys should make it a rule to do a watch check at the end of every video. Beautiful house. Keep up the good work
We love this channel ❤
Michael and Adam, when there are no shower doors and a tub, I believe they call it a "wet room". Great tour!
Silly (I guess) question: with all of the luxury outdoor/indoor-style houses common in warm-weather areas (S.Cali, Nevada, AZ, etc) when all the wall-length doors are open, what keeps the house from being overrun with insects (especially the flying variety)?

I love these mansions you show, particularly the ones in Vagus.
Fun video. Great editing. More content pls
Incredible views. Beautiful house!
Always good to see these Vids are coming back
these silly houseviewings are strictly for my fast forward button...I don't care for them...but different strokes for different folks, right? I'll just wait for the next video...
I hope Adam is feeling well. I enjoyed the video very much, thank you.
What happened to Adam? I was thinking the camera man doesn't sound like him at all.
Love this channel and watch everthing that Michael and Adam shows us
love watching you guys. nice house EXCEPT for the open copper mine pit look of the surrounding area.
Very nicely put together.
Outstanding presentation as always . Love 😍 ProducerMichael 😘
Loved it, looks like Nile Miami’s own home a lot ..❤
Love the videos been watching for a few years now. Love watching the videos they keep me motivated to work hard.

Hi Michael greetings from Thailand our shower in the master bedroom has no door but it's like walking into a tunnel the water spray never reaches the rest of the bathroom house value 20 million

Hope your back gets better. Also beautiful home
I have the same kitchen knife stand :) About hundred bucks or so. It has really strong magnets

I really enjoy the video tours. Have you done a tour of you're home Michael? I would like to see it. Take care.

yes, I love this Channel!! ciao Michael and Adam!
We love this channel ❤
Man, I just can't live in a desert like that. The home is amazing but it's depressing looking at so much rock and mountain. Especially when your originally from beautiful tropical lucious green areas.
Funny scene about the spooky hand 🤣🤣🤣
I like to watch all your house tours you do
If you guys wouldn’t mind , featuring some older estates ? There must be some out there .
Another house you may want to feature while in Vegas, is the Underground House . I don’t think it’s for sale , but it would be a swell place to rent for a special occasion .
At least back in the day they had style and class now this mansions look like most office buildings
You guys have been grinding 🎉
We love this channel

You’re awesome Micheal!
I Love 💕 this channel.
I think it is $6 million, well between $5.5m to $6.5m.
Lovely property.

What a gorgeous house
its just a big rectangular concrete block.
That is a steal of a price. Wow.
Beautiful panoramic view from house!!!🧢🧢🧢🧢🧢🧢🧢🧢🧢🧢🧢🧢🧢🧢🧢🧢🧢🧢🧢🧢🧢🧢🧢🧢🧢🧢🧢
HAHAaaa guys name is Zad, Michael calls him Zach, and his hair is hilarious!
The dog prison was sad 😔
On the one hand yes it was, but the dog in there was very old, probably bad eyes etc. Maybe it was in there for it's own safety. What a grandiose estate! I live in Summerlin, would love an invitation for a visit here hahah
Great Video, but I would not get too excited about the view. House is big and modern, outstanding quality for sure but where is the home ?
Cheers 🥂
I love both Adam and Michael
Yeah Michael! I love this channel!
Loved it
What was the white object at 9m29s? It looked like a modern take on an antique tulip vase but it also had a flex.
Beautiful video 🎉
i see a mansion in the background on the top of a hill, it looks HUGE. Pls can u make a tour of it?!?!
Those showers are very normal here in New Zealand. Its called a wet room. I love them. :)
Hey , I"m frmo Saudi Arabia.
I always watch videos about villas and am impressed by what is presented.
@ProducerMichael9
You're the best .
I was close. I guessed $8,100,000. another great video guys.
WE LOVE THIS CHANNEL
Beautiful... And Elegant... 😘😘😘
I've never seen a "Dog Prison" before 🤣
