I wonder how much this would run me monthly. I’m definitely going to grab one or maybe the shoreline model

This is probably my favorite Blue Heron build I've seen.....What was the final cost of this model? And are they constantly building other models similar to this style?

Hey Robert! This home initially sold in December of 2020 for $4.8M, and then sold again in October of 2023 for $5.97M. Yes the Zenith is a popular floor plan and they are still building them - just not at Obsidian. Feel free to reach out and I’d be happy to help you get into your dream home🙌 702-728-1188

The "front door" experience is that and a huge lawsuit when someone trips and falls. NEVER! NEVER! NEVER ever build a trip hazard going to the front door and for Petes sakes make the side walk leading to the front door for two people to walk side-by-side! Blue Haron's ideas are nice but don't quite work. Living in Las Vegas almost 20 years, I never open my pocketed doors and leave them open. Why you ask? I prefer to keep the dust, bugs, snakes, lizards, birds and such. Try chasing a humming bird out of a house and see what happens. It is SO impractical here in the desert and did I mention the wind? A lot of these homes are part time party palaces that get HARD use for a few years and are the sold to the next pro athlete. The homes are also a maintenance nightmare with all the glass and polished stone that needs to be dusted. Inside again, the trip hazard with the gaps in the floors filled with polished stones that get dusty. Once someone told me about "Vegas Style" , Designed by a pit boss and two hookers". He was correct and has had two television programs on the subject of home design. These home are not for everyday living. Also, the lighting sucks in these homes. If you can see the source of the illumination from the ceiling YOU ARE DOING IT WRONG.

@@kennixox262 hello! I appreciate all the feedback! I have heard these concerns as well from clients. The rocks between the steps are pretty, but not functional in my opinion. You’re right about the pocket doors, especially in the high elevations where wind picks up even more. Hope you enjoyed the video🙌🏡

Someone can literally walk off the cliff at this home. It's the lack of safety barriers. How is that legal.
