Umm, what happened. Why wasn't there a tour of the Master Bedroom? You did the Master Bathroom and the Master Closet, then pointed to where the Master Bedroom would be at but didn't show it.

One thing I hate about homes in the vegas valley you can’t even get an acre unless you’re willing to cough up $20M+
The homes that were cheap at $6M have an acre but in the parts of summerlin it’s very ghetto and they have major break in issues
I can find some really cool homes with an acre under $20,000,000 😁😁😁 I don’t know where the ghetto Summerlin is but u oh don’t have to spend $6mill either!

Great home and tour. My only complaint is the placing of a mirror type surface behind the cooktop in the kitchen, this is a DUMB!!!! idea.

If u like plain, modern contemporary, this is for u. Same colors all throughout the house. It's boring looking at such a steep price. Making it sound glam just to get that commission and word of mouth. Not working for me.
A home tour sounding glamorous to get commission? Interesting business model…Not one that I practice but carry on! As far as the finishes go, you’re right…if it’s for someone else…someone else will buy it…not you. There’s a buyer for every home.
I toured this home back when it was built. The owner bought it for 3.5. He put about 1 million to remodel so hes in the house for 4.5 - 5 max. He wants to FLEECE a new owner. Covid is over and that cali cash has dried up. He will get 5 MAX but it wont sell since its old unless he drops the price big time. Nice but NOT 8 million nice. 8 Million is ascaya money lol
Somewhere between $0 and list price there’s a deal to be made and homes are only worth what a buyer is willing to pay for it!
