Sorry about the birds in the background during the first few minutes of the audio. I had to record it during the day and they were quite vocal about it.
Thanks for this video currently playing the game i was a bit confused by the car handling now i know why,😅 its really a shame we don't get racing games with this aesthetic, with the disaster of the latest Testdrive we would see more standar racing games, i may pick the crew 2 this week
Yeah, the handling model on the US Tuned version is really weird. I have upcoming reviews for Blur and Onrush, and it's a shame that we rarely see games like that anymore... And oof, Test Drive reviewed even worse than I was expecting, but now that The Crew 2 is going to have an offline mode, I might pick it up as well.
Ah the mechanics, artstyles and more of this era. Group S Challenge wasn't that much better but fhe artstyle of Auto Modellista and GT Pro Series/GT Cube (GT Advance had more confrntyeven for not much for graphics of less buildings bur fair ok road but ALL tracks were good, so mucb content). Music is great in AM. Fair split screen, 7 groups of events and garage customisation. I like the difference in menus the music goes to. AM does irz Practical Intelligence Quotient a PSP puzzle game does it. Mario Kart 8 does it. It's a cool detail I love in some.gamss. Love the PSP era for puzzle games like PIQ. Not Tetris/Bejeweled types. But yeah content over quality between regional versions. Not as replayable unless stop using faster cars. R Racing I think is better, content is fair like MOTOGP3 challenges besiyghr story mode. For few tracks while MOTOGP3 had 20 fictional besides the real ones. Enthusia/GTI Club are great from Konami. Among yes the more series greats you said. Srga GT could have been more or Sega Rally too but nope. Some I had to emulate, others picked up for cheap. Yeah a void, ok Indies that disappoint, Tdst Drive to me looks safe/generic even with me going eh Unlimited 2 is fine. But Gear Club Unlimited 2 Tracks/Porsche DLC or regular I enjoted more. Gravel/Onrush have fheir place for rally racers that aren't Dirt 5 being bland. Onrush faildd but is a fair successor to MotorStorm. Dangerous Driving I haven't playdd but think its probably not as bad as people say for a Burnout game. I think like Yooka Laylee people exaggerate. Onrush I understood fhe issues but still had fun. Yooka Layler has it's moments. Impossible Lair is fine but just a DK Tropical Freeze. It's fine. But so is fhe Opening Night Live one no interest in that if we see repetition. Redout/Fast Racing or more are great for anti grav. City Racer is a PS2 era Blur in a way. But who cares for The Club as a high score baded modern playing shooter thats a walking shooting gallery. It's great modern arcade fun. Tough but enjoyable once get a route right. Capcom experimenting was good though. But other racing games at least were better competition. While Capcom is more focused now I don't care for their IPs as much. But they work for audiences so that's fine. So few cars and need to bother. Handling is interesting for how tough it is. AI are all over the place. Still some ovals are ok but hey hillclimbs. But Tokyo Extreme Racer or Grid 2008/Race Driver are better. Or Forza Motorsport 3&4. But Driving Emotion is eh. Konami had good clean driving and good sim elements. I miss Auto Midellista, Under the Skin and PN03 from Capcom. Some devs do good with not used to ghe genres, but not always fhe bet content. Fhey are fair competition but not the best of length (doesn't bofher me), regional differences happen good or bad and otherwise. Wind Waker, Borderlands, anime gamss are interesting dor cell shaded nowadays but irs still cool a racing game.
I played some Enthusia, but at least on the controller it was too annoying at times. Onrush and Gravel were great and I hope Milestone gets to develop a sequel for Gravel, but as of now they are focused on Hot Wheels games. Project Gotham was really nice, but sadly that's another great IP that's gone.

dont want to say too much but i didnt like playtesting testdrive...
The more I see about this game the less interested I get. Wouldn't surprise me if it gets like a 50% price cut in less than 6 months after launch.
@@criticalpixels well i started playtesting about 1 and half years ago and tbh it has improved a ton since then
@@criticalpixelsalready happening with key resellers is a shame the previous ones where so much cool and rhe content was extensive
