On October 5, 2022, an officer was investigating an incident that had occurred at Houska Park in La Crosse, WI. While attempting to place the man under arrest, a large hostile crowd formed after noticing the officer’s use of force. Eventually, an uninvolved party intervened and tried to push the officer off of the man.

The number of mental unstable people out in the streets is absolutely scary.
Very sad, but more sad is most of these probably had no parents or abusive ones or even worse they were brought in this world because there mother's drank or did drugs while being pregnant. No reason to give a pat on these crazies, but at the end of the day they are all humans and as we can see they weren't strong through out their lives in making better decisions, so who TF are we to judge them.
You are so right. That cop is totally mental and unstable! He needs to be in jail for assault!

IKR I'm up to 5:13 so I don't know yet, but I really hope they caught the man that pushed the police officer off of the other guy. Everybody knows you can't interfere with a police officer. Shoot if I saw something unfold in front of me and there was a cop there and maybe he even needed help, I would certainly ask before I attempted to just jump in. I damn sure wouldn't shove a cop while he's attempting to apprehend somebody! It's outrageous.

Not a phone in sight just a bunch of bums living in the moment. How wholesome ❤
what couldve been a simple “look, dont do that. you’re free to go” turned into a permanent record
Love how everyone was screaming police brutality but the guy who actually got tazed was like “no this is my fault” it’s almost as if that shock actually fixed whatever weird mood he had before.
The easiest way is just to beat the mood out of people. It is much harder to use deescalation tactics and work it out with calmness and understanding. The officer put himself in a lot of danger because he has 0 patience and exercises his powers wantonly.
@@vitas75 The officer was calm and understanding until the suspect started walking away. He told the suspect he was detained while investigating the disorderly conduct, which the suspect admitted to (knocking the park employees hat off). Instead of lawfully providing his ID (since he just admitted to the crime the officer was responding to), he chose to walk away. That's why the officer went hands on. In fact, I'd argue that the officer put himself in danger by not having the proper grappling skills needed to have handcuffed the suspect before having to resort to the taser.
What's funny is the guy then asked the cop if HE was having a bad day, when it was this guy's refusal to provide ID after admitting to the crime, and walking away while being told he was detained, that caused all this.
The guy was totally in the wrong and had an attitude problem, but the officer never showed control over the situation. I think that's why it escalated so quickly
@@vitas75define wantonly
What shocked me the most was how people seemed to come out of nowhere, surrounding the cop in no time.
Yes, it's really shocking!
Sadly it's been similar in Germany for a few years now. Although more often than not these people are Africans and Arabians who came here claiming to be "refugees" and situations usually escalate extremely quickly and get super dangerous for our police officers.

My girlfriends and immediate circle tend to be Doctors, Lawyers, Entrepreneurs etc. I've already interacted with police over 50x and am half your age. That's just how America is. "Yes sir. No sir" is not good advice. It's fine to be like, "Yes, sir. Not sir" SO LONG as when you're in a better tactical position, destroy that cops life. Sue them to bankruptcy, have them arrested, or worse. This only applies to cops committing wrongdoings obviously. Don't be an A-hole to a good cop simply doing their job by the book. What sets me off are people letting bad cops run all over them. In other words, only use the "yes/no sir" as a manipulative tactic.
The average American citizen commits 3 Felonies a day. Literally, every American can focus the "bad" and be portrayed as criminal. This goes beyond sheep/lion bs. "The cost of freedom is always high, but Americans have always paid it. One path we shall never choose, and that is the path of surrender or submission." If a cop crosses the line and starts depriving any one of their constitutional rights, it is our duty to ensure that the cop cannot do that again.

I wish the cops were held accountable! Atlantic:
As the National Center for Women and Policing noted in a heavily footnoted information sheet, "Two studies have found that at least 40 percent of police officer families experience domestic violence, in contrast to 10 percent of families in the general population. A third study of older and more experienced officers found a rate of 24 percent, indicating that domestic violence is two to four times more common among police families than American families in general.
@@jansmitowiczauthor78 Read up on Philip Seidle, former Neptune, New Jersey police officer; after many cases of domestic battery and abuse of his wife, he pointed a loaded pistol on his wife after she fled in her car and stopped by an Asbury Park police officer for protection. Surrounded by many armed officers with loaded weapons, Seidle refused to lay down his gun and instead executed her. The police, who were supposed to protect her, never fired a round and instead took him into custody. Afterwards, the police did an internal investigation of themselves and *surprise* found that everyone involved had acted properly. There is so much on this that could be written but I'll spare you more details. Just look it up. It is one of the more disgusting and disturbing events I've heard of.
If the parks and rec employee who was actually the victim of the disorderly conduct were to have tried to restrain this guy, shot him with a taser multiple times, and kneed him several times until he could get him into handcuffs, the parks and rec guy would be going to jail for assault. Victims cannot do that sort of thing, but the Government can. If it would not be considered holding the guy accountable for the Parks and Rec guy to do it, how is it holding the guy accountable when the officer does it? I understand why the police have the authority to use the force necessary to exact an arrest. This is just one of those situations where I really don't understand why it's an appropriate use of that Authority.
My thing is you cannot find one person in America who doesn’t understand that the cops are going to detain you if you fail to comply yet they do it anyway just like the waste of life in this video.

So, dear Lauren, please feel free to tase yourself as much and as often as it comes into your mind. And maybe your "all some of us need"-fantasies will then disappear, who knows... :-)
Cheaper than drugs!
Yes, temporarily reset his matrix to normal operation.
The fact that he didn't think getting tazed would hurt is wild.
Everyone's got a plan ........
To be fair, he said it hurt more than he thought it would. Not that he didn’t think it would hurt at all
he got tazed to stop well...the next george floyd.. they are not letting it happen again thank god for them
@@johney3734 why are you comparing an unjust homicide, to this?
@@DizzylootFitness it wasn't a homicide. Floyd overdosed on fentynal.
The guy who got tazed and arrested is the calmest out of the whole situation 😂
Whenever I see a crowd of civilians surround an officer making an arrest, I always wonder "They must not have anything better to do"
That coddling by the lady while he was pinned on the ground was so pathetic. No wonder our society is such a mess.
Its like a scene out of monty python.

Its amazing how quickly he offers up his ID once reality sinks in.
LMAOOO I literally said "ohhh now you have an Id real quickkkk" 🤣
Yep me too. "ID right there in back pocket" 😂
that taser 100% pacified the fuck outta him
Don’t think that’s funny in any way AT ALL
@@MartinguttenMakkaron You’re correct, It’s not funny, but you need to acknowledge that most of us here are not addicts, and a small percentage of us don’t understand the gravity of their addiction.
I love the way people film the police doing their duty, as though they're doing something wrong. If he had complied in the first place, and not been smart mouthed, all this could have been avoided.
For the longest time I thought Code Blue Cam was nation wide and Lacrosse Wisconsin was just a really messed up place. I’m from Baltimore and I was like, “dang, I thought we had a lot of crime”

Yess. I concur..
Every single one of those idiots who interfered should go to jail for obstruction.
They already have a sad life, but I agree.
That hurt a lot more than I thought it would!
I am a retired private investigator and I worked with a lot of ex cops. One guy in particular was like the Hulk and Hercules, six foot six or more. He was a very open guy and so when I asked him why he retired from the force so young he told me. Not the answer I expected. He said he always got sent to the jobs where the people were combative or posed the biggest threat.
He told me he got diarrhoea every morning and how he would drive home after each shift crying all the way home and try to fix himself up before coming in to see his wife. He said imagine going somewhere where you’re not wanted and people hate you with the utmost intensity.
Now I understand where the mental stress comes from.
Well that’s the thing, he had heart and so he bailed. We are all left with the cops who have no souls and thrive off the hatred of everyone in the room.
@@theskyizblue2day431 but if we didn't have them most of society would be just like this park
@@arlodimetrio6087 this is true. That’s why I’m neutral. Don’t help them, don’t fight them. Be as far from any of them as I can be.
@@arlodimetrio6087Totally not true. Cops are one of the biggest obstacles to order. When someone is destroying things or causing problems, they can easily be stopped, but the biggest problem with stopping them is what the cops will do to YOU after the fact.
@@theskyizblue2day431sweeping generalisations do not work. I know kind, decent, intelligent people that are officers. They joined to help people in need and they are still doing that job. We only see the more edgy interactions and the reactive situations as that is what makes vidoes that get watches.
Open your mind a bit more.
Always amazes me that right after literally committing a crime, they casually walk as if they won't be liable for their actions.
To be fair arresting someone over a hat being pushed off his head is actually insanity, obviously the guy didn't handle it well, at the same time imo that's police harassment, whats the charge, what's the reason for investigation, a hat? And you're willing to tase him which has a chance of killing him over a hat instead of waiting for officers? Put mofos face in the records, if you see him again you have more information, otherwise it's a hat bro and a little spat between people, someone felt disrespected and you're going to do all this? I haven't been against the cops in any of the videos on this channel except this one seems like the cops ego took over, he didn't deescalate and pushed authority too early
He legit tipped someones hat off their head. I get this is a homeless drug abuser situation but that park and rec officer is a total pussy lol why are the cops even there... "hello 911? yes this man took my hat and threw it on the ground! wah!"
Literal human trash out there.
Liberals ate dumb lol
Didn't you hear his name? That gives him a free pass to do whatever he wants
I like how they were actively trying to help him out after he fought them but the crowd was still screaming 😂
I wanna file a complaint this is bs! ok come talk to my supervisor. ***walks back to homeless camp wondering why tf he even got involved***
"OWWW THAT HURT A LOT MORE THAN I THOUGHT IT WOULD"
what a damn amazing line to hear when a taser is deployed, never thought someone would expect those *not* to hurt
My second favorite is when he was yelling “TAP TAP TAP” like that’s gonna help his situation 😂
😂😂
That was so fucking funny actually
"AHHHHHHHH- that hurt a lot more than I thought it would"
Gotta learn one way or another
its a shame that all these criminal defense attorneys ended up in a homeless camp 😢
LOL, five gold stars!
I wonder how many of them rushed down to the court house as requested by the criminals.
LMFAO! Underrated
Place needs to be napalmed.
🤣🤣
Stop welfare. Stop food stamps. Pull the police from these areas. The problem will consume itself
This is solid evidence that despite their circumstances, these people can still muster the enthusiam and drive to get off their butts and act. Its just a shame that they haven't employed that strength to accomplish something productive, to improve their own circumstances, or to overcome some of their addictive behaviors.
You have 1 cop surrounded by a dozen jacked up drug users. I think he handled himself as well as he could under the circumstances. I didn't see anyone trying to help him.
they looked like N acted like nice, calm, respectful law biding citizens💀🤣
@spongebobweedpants554 yes I'm sure you're serious

What amazes me is how badly trained the US police is. They mostly don't know how to solve a situation psychologically without escalating in. Police in many countries in Europe for example would have been able to detain him without any violence, most of the time. But they get a far longer training than US police, as far as I know.
It's embarrassing how incompetent for many situations the US police actually is.
All I can do is shake my head. I hate people. Don’t even know what’s going on. All that guy had to do was talk to the officer and not act like a asshole

So many Americans believe they are above the law. Can you imagine if they were in charge? What chaos1
the fucked up part is that being an asshole is your legal right. Cops will arrest you for not sucking up to them. Not saying that is what happened in this situation, but fuck pigs.
I love people. I don't like how 12.6 makes up 60% of violent crime. Maybe we need to figure out why the media is owned by so few and how those few make up 2% of the population who claim they are white but are not and direct your anger towards us.
That dude asked the cop to begin with kindness and that’s exactly what he did. There’s a reason why those people live like that. Use your brain
That taser works every time, it makes you docile as a lamb and fully cooperative.😄😄😄😄 That taser is undefeated!!!
