For real. They got away. All they had to do was bury it and wait 18 months or whatever. Even if we assume it was on loan, it's still better for everyone if they don't get trafficking charges. And it probably wasn't on loan if they are already moving that much.
I can only smile at the thought of how surprised these three must have been when the police pulled them over. Surely they must have thought they gotten away the previous day.
I've never seen that in real life but in the Showtime series, "Shameless", the first few seasons featured a guy by the name of "Steve/Jimmy". He ran drugs and stole cars to drop off to chop shops. In the series they used "spotter cars" or alternative cars to take the heat off of the main target

No doubt they were let through, primary was the main load and target. Primary vehicle got dropped off (main load) and primary got paid with a partial cut of main delivery. Chase vehicle picked up primary's driver along with the cut (their pay), but didn't bother to stash the cut which means they might have had a buyer lined up already (in field pass), but got nabbed before they could initiate the pass while doubling back. HSI allowed the pass to track where the loads are going, but intel got scrambled or state ignored HSI's plan and initiated their own take down. The chase (suspect driver 2) initiated PIT to get primary to complete the delivery. One of those three is a UCI, that UCI has got to be a deep plant to go through with adjudication and them being sent to US BOP, HSI still has operational control. Notice state didn't tack on their own charges, HSI seems to be getting wreckless to allow that PIT and that shit ain't right. Take away the muck, slow down and analyze, you can see the HSI (DEA) narco ops.

The difference of sentencing between men and women is crazy. Even the way they are treated after they are pulled over. Dudes get cuffed and thrown in the back of the car. She stands outside to hold her dog and talk. Crazy
You're right for the most part. I think in this instance it is because she wasnt the target suspect, and they wanted the other two rejects away from each other so they couldn't talk. You are right though which is why alot of guy will get their females to commit the crimes, or they'll use kids under 14 because they know how it works. I personally think its pathetic especially with with some of the crimes I've seen females do. They wanted feminism and equal rights, but not equal punishment for the same crimes.
@Auroras He's just right, there's no "for the most part" about it. I know it's hard to imagine for a girl that a man is right but, the sooner they realize it, the sooner they're over their daddy issues.
Props to those cops for their gun safety. You can see in the window reflection that he never actually puts his finger on the trigger. Even in such a high stress environment, he still is keeping safe.
except when he was aiming the gun at them through his rolled up window. not a big deal but it could fly pieces of glass into his eye or cause the bullet to miss and go into the opposing traffic
no suppose to unless you in dat split second i have to shoot, it’s called training and you shouldn’t praise them for common stuff, it’s like congratulating a toddler on sh*tting
So lemme get this straight. All 3 criminals were involved in the incident the day before. The female was driving when the cop car got hit. Yet when they got pulled over, the males were handcuffed on the ground while she was allowed to stand off to the side, uncuffed, and then allowed to go back into the car to retrieve the dog? All 3 were in possession of the drugs yet the males got 20 years and she got 8? Make it make sense...
Being in possession of drugs and being a drug dealer are 2 different things, the charge conspiracy means being an accomplice to the party commiting crime. She's not the drug dealer just the chauffer, as long as she wasn't selling drugs they're more interested in getting the dealers themselves off the street than the uber lady. Plus she looked real willing to talk to the cops, I bet she worked out a pretty good plea deal turning on her boyfriend and his buddy. If you ask ME, I think we should arrest everyone involved in the transaction from the producer, to the dealer, to the chauffer, to the buyer (and to anyone the buyer lives with who didn't report the buyer if it's proved in court they were aware drugs were being done in their house). They're all equally trash and society would be better off without them, producer to buyer.
Considering the fact that most criminals ARE dumber than dirt, I have to differ with you. If they were that smart, why did they get caught and will spend most of their lives if not all, in prison? Smart criminal is an oxymoron.
Gotta love it; it’s proof that if you just shut up, do what you’re told, you’re not gonna get knees in your back and an AR pointed to your head. Unless it’s a shoot out, an officer is going to reciprocate the respect you give. (Also not accounting for an officer having a really shitty day because we are all human)
@Marshawn Briggs not entirely lol some of our laws aren’t criminal laws.. some of our laws limit our freedoms and you’d avoid them if you knew or had to use the loop holes the majority of the 1-3% do
Im surprised 2 cops in a suv didn't see someone come up behind them and basically ram them. Then wonder if they had a tire blow out ?? Wth... a new level of clueless....
Love how the female is not in cuffs and can just walk the dog. Double standards do exist for males and females. She's involved not only in the same crime but it's her phone they tracked. As far as I'm convinced she is the only for sure previously involved in this instance.
This may not be a case of double standards. It's possible that all three of them are women, but nobody asked the other two for their preferred pronouns and whatnot. These officers need to spend more time on Twitter researching equality and less time assuming that they can tell the difference between men and women. (There are no differences)
Ya know what really gets me. The dudes were arrested and put in cars while the female was uncuffed. Dudes got 20 years each and she got 8. Everyone in that car should have gotten the same sentence. Ridiculous.
@@apimpnamedchukiz1540 That still doesn't explain why they just have her chilling and wondering around with the dog while the guys are cuffed in the back
@@apimpnamedchukiz1540 Doesn't really matter with what the others said and she said unprovoked on camera all they would need to do is admit the body cams as evidence and all 3 of them would go down for 20 years easy. They let her off easy bc she was a woman. This wasn't a complex take one down and have them sell out the others kinda situation they caught all 3 red handed dead to rights lol.
That's wild. To crash a car into a cop and allow themselves to get away, all of this could've been avoided had they simply followed traffic laws and not followed/tailgate a truck.
I get concerned when there are multiple people all yelling commands in these high-stress encounters. I wish more departments tried to have only one person giving commands at a time.
Yea very easy to confuse anyone in that situation and sometimes I can see how the criminal would misunderstand the commands being yelled at them. I’ve heard of departments having one person yell the commands but I agree with you and think they should make this basic policy nationwide.
I also think it looks unprofessional when cops yell stuff like “I don’t give a fuck”. I under the stress of the job, but stay professional. If you are that emotional you probably shouldn’t be a cop.
After seeing the title of the video I thought, "yeah! Someone in Wisconsin finally got a proper sentence " then within 1 minute of the video, "wait no this is in Texas."
I thought the same thing! But no. In Wisconsin they would have been sent to a one-day seminar on "drugs are bad," while one of the officers babysat the dog. Then put in the nearest hotel with a pool, hot tub, and a nice buffet breakfast to recover from all the stress. The next day put on a bus to any destination of their choice, with police permission to board the dog as a service animal.
And thesr dumb ass RUclipsrs believe the officers actually pulled them over because of tailgating when police either know ahead of time or see a different state plate on a known trafficking highway it has nothing to do with tailgating
They were set up for surely. Busts like this don't just come about from a simple "oh he's following too close". Call it fishing if you want, but they definitely were just itching for a slip up to pull them over and get to what they already knew was there. This was a drug bust before the initial traffic stop was initiated
@@DaydreamxDazedthat’s what I was thinking too. She probably said fuck them and get a lower sentence. Imo doesn’t seem like she did anything wrong other being with those 2 deadbeats

He didn't think he was doing a traffic stop, the guy was already fleeing, so it is already beyond a traffic stop, and the officer is mentally prepared for things to get wild. He just was not expecting to be attacked from behind, he was focused entirely on the fleeing suspect and the traffic coming up. I don't blame him, but blockers are common in some places. Hell, they were common back in the Prohibition. So cops need to be prepared and remember to watch all directions all the time.
I've been studying this type of complex scenario for over 30 years in most meticulous detail by myself. But when they press the medal and flee the officers are taught how to recognize it before and to disengage them after. Not their fault they jammed the officers damn Terminator viber car.
Wait. This doesn't make sense. After getting away from cops the first time, they had all night to get rid of the drugs. Yet the next day, even though they went through all that hassle to get away, just calmly pulls over knowing they had 8 kilos in the vehicle?

They hit the cop car in Potter County, TX. Then they caught them the following day in Wheeler County, TX. Those counties are separated by 1 County. I would have been long out of Texas by the next day.
i imagine the sheer amount of drugs is what caused such a heavy sentence. also it pisses me off how the female wasnt even treated like a threat and got to just take care of the dog, she even got less than half the sentence of what the two guys got...
That cop that got pitted is a skilled and trained driver. Without thinking about it, he immediately turrned to the right which is why the SUV didn't spin out and roll over. Great reactions Officer.
@@carxdskhaos9859 At first, he was focused on the car in front of him that he was preparing to pull over. After the hit, he was focused on not rolling. It's also worth mentioning that the part of the vehicle where a PIT maneuver is performed is in a blind spot; he couldn't've known about the car in that spot unless he was turned around in his seat (which I doubt I need to explain why that wasn't gonna happen at freeway speeds).
So you’re telling me that neither of them realized they were being pitted? I mean clearly it was a friggin impact. You didn’t blow a tire, no matter how many times you sat there and not check.
Maybe cause she got out first and she immediately had her hands up and wasn’t threatening? Idk
and she didn't even do the act 'I'm just a girl you can't do that to me'
Being in possession of drugs and being a drug dealer are 2 different things, the charge conspiracy means being an accomplice to the party commiting crime.

@@garbagemancan you can get the same charges and different sentences. women usually take a plea deal immediately, which would shorten her sentence. that being said, men generally get way harsher punishments unfairly.
They hit the cop car in Potter County, TX. Then they caught them the following day in Wheeler County, TX. Those counties are separated by 1 County. I would have been long out of Texas by the next day.
They said they traced they phone tho how they trace they phone without making contact with em
@Big Skii Bop I'm pretty sure they can get a general area from tracing a cell or call the carrier and get the billing address
It said they got the number from the plates they saw on the front car
@@bigskiibop4147 they were using rental cars and police vehicles have license plate readers
Right? And how convenient for them to all be in one car too 😂 they must not have thought too far ahead
How'd they trace her phone without knowing who they were trying to pull over? 🤔 Guess there was a snitch
They can get a lot of info off a license plate bud
They got the tag number..Traced it to her renting the car…
Great job by all officers. What's very encouraging is the sentencing by the judge. This is the kind of judge we need.
Cops didn't even know they got tapped.
i imagine the sheer amount of drugs is what caused such a heavy sentence. also it pisses me off how the female wasnt even treated like a threat and got to just take care of the dog, she even got less than half the sentence of what the two guys got...
It’s excessive smh murderers get less time
That cop that got pitted is a skilled and trained driver. Without thinking about it, he immediately turrned to the right which is why the SUV didn't spin out and roll over. Great reactions Officer.
But not skilled enough to notice a car coming up on you in your rearview to pit you?
@@carxdskhaos9859 BINGO 😄😄😄😄😄
@@carxdskhaos9859 At first, he was focused on the car in front of him that he was preparing to pull over. After the hit, he was focused on not rolling. It's also worth mentioning that the part of the vehicle where a PIT maneuver is performed is in a blind spot; he couldn't've known about the car in that spot unless he was turned around in his seat (which I doubt I need to explain why that wasn't gonna happen at freeway speeds).
@@carxdskhaos9859 Exactly. like wtf bro you can't see a car on your rear quarter panel.. did I blow a tire? lol
When the cops started cursing I was screaming. That man said idc Idgaf and the other coo called him a dumb a**😂
They probably pulled over in the rental thinking “there’s no way they’re pulling us over to arrest us. They have no way of knowing who we are”
So you’re telling me that neither of them realized they were being pitted? I mean clearly it was a friggin impact. You didn’t blow a tire, no matter how many times you sat there and not check. Also, the construction worker didn’t tell you that it was a blocker. The officer. And it didn’t seem like the squad car was disabled. You likely could have continued the pursuit if you want to. That entire beginning stinks to high heaven.
Speaking of the time, it's amazing that this incident took place on August 2021, and by 2022 all 3 suspects were charged, convicted, and sent to prison. Good job!
Usually it takes forever and then they get released after a "plea deal" with credit for "time served"
It’s federal so that tends to move a little faster and I think these guys took plea deals.
“following too closely” screams confidential informant on the vehicle 😂😂

You notice the DHS badge he has velcroed to his center console? It was a wall stop lmao
I'm glad to hear brazen criminals like that experience a worthy sentence.
It is very nice
Then I better not tell you about murderers, pedophiles and politicians who get the same sentence for worse crimes if not less jail time.

@@wojtekwilk3938 they all deserve longer sentences but is that supposed to make me feel bad for these idiots? ganna be a long 20 years in prison lmao
When he got on the radio he said "we lost the vehicle", plus the reason for stopping him was following too closely...
They were already looking for and planning to stop the rav 4.
It's pretty impressive how well the guy driving the white Infinity pulled a pit maneuver on the pursuing officer. Because both officers had no idea what hit them. They hit there emergency lights and instantly they were in the ditch. A true display of experienced drivers performing under pressure. The sheriff's deputies all need to be recognized as well. Throughout the entirety of this video it seemed like all of the sheriff's deputies and other supporting agencies maintained a professional environment not only amongst themselves, but with the Target suspects.
How did they pursuit the sheriffs when they were 30 - 40 feet away
People on meth can do some unbelievable Stupid Bruce lee skilled shit sometimes… crazy dopers.
Are you kidding me? how incompetent can they be to not have situational awareness and be oblivious to your surroundings? This shows how incompetent they are, How can you not feel a car hitting you? And not once look in your rear view mirror?
Yeah because swearing constantly, giving mixed instructions and calling the dude a dumbass is totally professional 🤣 it’s funny and I get it, but far from professional.
@@MichaelJohnson-uy7gd it would make more sense if the dude was really being a dumbass but when you’re in the situation it’s really hard to do what your told when you can barely hear them over the highway and your pants are halfway down your legs
Road workers are the MVPs.
Walking up to varify that the boys were okay means a lot.
Very cool guys!!!
They also cued them into the fact that the crash was deliberate and not a bad timed hit and run.
i woulda just laughed at them for a while and went back to work, but at least those workers got an extra break that day construction is hard work.
@@djparalyze2655 The construction workers definitely like cops more than they like idiots making cop cars crash in their work site. The orange sign that was run over was a road work sign.
Construction workers are killed every day by reckless drivers speeding through their work zones. Having police around reduces the danger to them.
Rats. At least they are on public display being rats for the world to see.
@@AmericanMadeAdventures lmao you’re a joke
And little Ms. Monique who was the driver of the original car gets to stand on the side of the road without cuffs and even is given her dog to hold… how sweet of the officers

and she only gets 8 years...hmmm equality
It’s a pit bull better she hold him and keep him calm . Don’t want to rile they up
@@gabesmom5615 - good point, if you’re a criminal, carry around a pit bull because it will let officers give you special treatment because they “may upset the dog” otherwise🙃
@@HiThisIsMine didn’t mean to imply that .think she should not have gotten special treatment. Just a thought about why they might have let her have the dog. It was hot and what else were they going to do with the dog. Put it in the squad car. They would have to wait for animal control to come. That can take some time. This way the dog was ok and taken care of and not barking or acting up to make things go smoothly. Pit bulls have a bad rep.because bad people have trained them to be and in some cases the mean traits are bred into them. So you never know how they will react..
How does a cop in the middle of a high-speed chase not notice a car following right behind them?
Much respect to our officers doing their job to serve and protect.
Theres no way your a real human. Loser I bet you never seen more than 1m in cash lol
It's already been proven in a court that it isn't their job. Their only job is to enforce laws. Even if the laws are unconstitutional. Keep bouncing on their dick, suck them off while you're at it.

I used to live in Amarillo. I40 was, and probably still is, one of the most heavily trafficked drug corridors out there. If I'm not mistaking a few years back they came to a conclusion that 1 in 7 vehicles on I40 was transporting drugs.

Unbelievable that these people think this is worth years in prison.

This low life admitted it and proud of killing this teen. $50k bail and out immediately. Some one paid it,not family and most likely gone. These guys were professionals. They know how to PIT a police car. And I like the lift up your shirt and turn around dance to show you don't have anything in your waistband. There's a stark difference between criminals who are in a profitable business and criminals who just can't get their lives together because they struggle with thinking straight or following basic instructions.
