Three Drug Traffickers Sentenced to 48 Years After Striking Police Vehicle

- Three drug traffickers are given a total of 48 years in federal prison after intentionally crashing into a Potter County Deputy in Texas. Initially, deputies attempted a traffic stop on a vehicle and were suddenly struck by another from behind. The deputies’ vehicle spun out and both vehicles were able to escape until they were caught once again in a rental car.

To anyone that's curious, they got her phone number from the plates of the striking vehicle (Infiniti). Conveniently, after the deputies were hit, they discovered an Infiniti emblem on the shoulder which appeared clean. They reviewed the prior dashcam video and matched it with the Infiniti which was registered under her name.

That was some good police work.
I will never understand why criminals with contraband inside their vehicle will not follow basic traffic laws to avoid being pulled over by the Police.
It’s because they are not very bright
@rob Walker They do, but the ones that don't get caught
Exactly. I knew a guy who made a living out of transporting that good shit and he would always obey police officers stopping him for silly stuff. He said it was always better to stop when pulled over and admit to speeding due to him needing to take a shit or some other lame excuse, and police officers always believed him. No doubt they were let through, primary was the main load and target. Primary vehicle got dropped off (main load) and primary got paid with a partial cut of main delivery. Chase vehicle picked up primary's driver along with the cut (their pay), but didn't bother to stash the cut which means they might have had a buyer lined up already (in field pass), but got nabbed before they could initiate the pass while doubling back.
HSI allowed the pass to track where the loads are going, but intel got scrambled or state ignored HSI's plan and initiated their own take down. The chase (suspect driver 2) initiated PIT to get primary to complete the delivery. One of those three is a UCI, that UCI has got to be a deep plant to go through with adjudication and them being sent to US BOP, HSI still has operational control. Notice state didn't tack on their own charges, HSI seems to be getting wreckless to allow that PIT and that shit ain't right. Take away the muck, slow down and analyze, you can see the HSI (DEA) narco ops.

Yet when they got pulled over, the males were handcuffed on the ground while she was allowed to stand off to the side, uncuffed, and then allowed to go back into the car to retrieve the dog? All 3 were in possession of the drugs yet the males got 20 years and she got 8? Make it make sense...
She a woman
Maybe cause she got out first and she immediately had her hands up and wasn’t threatening? Idk
and she didn't even do the act 'I'm just a girl you can't do that to me'
Being in possession of drugs and being a drug dealer are 2 different things, the charge conspiracy means being an accomplice to the party commiting crime. She's not the drug dealer just the chauffer, as long as she wasn't selling drugs they're more interested in getting the dealers themselves off the street than the uber lady. Plus she looked real willing to talk to the cops, I bet she worked out a pretty good plea deal turning on her boyfriend and his buddy.
If you ask ME, I think we should arrest everyone involved in the transaction from the producer, to the dealer, to the chauffer, to the buyer (and to anyone the buyer lives with who didn't report the buyer if it's proved in court they were aware drugs were being done in their house). They're all equally trash and society would be better off without them, producer to buyer.
Women almost always get treated differently than their male counterparts.
Jeez; that must have been scary.
Kudos to those officers for keeping calm in that situation.

WOW ITS SO SCARY HE GOT A TASTE OF HIS OWN MEDICINE WITH THERE OWN MOVE THEY INVENTED “The Pit Maneuver “ 😂 SHUT UP PLZ
I’m starting to learn police officers are the king pins of keeping calm in chaotic situations 😂
@@pilotbusby5509isnt that part of their job?
@@planetcaravan2925so is a soldiers… doesn’t mean it’s easy
Truly convinced that they wanted to get caught.
Gotta give it to the Infinity car drivers, if it wasn't for the construction workers, the cops wouldn't have known a thing. That was a smooth maneuver on their part.
I liked how they yelled “I don’t give a fuck!” “Dumbass” hahahahaha treat them how they deserve
If you ask me, Monique should have been sentenced to 20 years (drug dealing) and additional years for actively trying to take the officer out.
female privelage
Maybe she was in on the bust.?
Yeah, I'm really confused as to why she was treated like bystander. Notice they uncuff her after like 10 minutes.
How does a cop in the middle of a high-speed chase not notice a car following right behind them?
“Dumbass”…”WHO!?” 😂😂😂😂
“following too closely” screams confidential informant on the vehicle 😂😂
Facts
You notice the DHS badge he has velcroed to his center console? It was a wall stop lmao
“It’s about what happened yesterday”
I woulda shit my pants lmfao
“I don’t care, I don’t give a fuck!” That had me laughing ngl 😂
26 years old plus 48 year sentence is 74 years old when released. Life is taken and over.
I feel sorry for the dog, hope it was adopted into a good loving forever home.
Same here, porr doggo! 😢
I was worried about it too.

Hopefully one of the officers adopted the dog and it didnt end up as target practice for the ATF
I love how calm the officer is as he's going off the road, never even put both on hands on the steering wheel.
a bit excessive. Poor police work
@@raregoodds3143 “Patheticgoodds”
The utter confusion as to what happened. Interesting how they can do pits but be totally bewildered by it happening to them
They were blocking and took a lesser hit, for the truck they were following! I can't believe the cops lets the truck go!🤨 I'm Canadian and seem to know more about blockers than American cops. Very sad!😬
If it weren't for the construction workers, they would have gotten away with it
Fn rats
Pretty sure the police car has cameras facing backwards too lol
@@Ben-kb6vi rat because they told on a punk criminal who almost killed people? You’re part of the problem and will get what’s coming to you as well.
I'd be happy if they did, with those unreasonable sentences costing the taxpayers easily $4 million or more to completely ruin these people's lives.
Why dont police cars have cameras on the back also? That would have gotten proof of the infiniti's hit, rather than depend on the construction workers, which may not be such luck all the time.
That's wild. To crash a car into a cop and allow themselves to get away, all of this could've been avoided had they simply followed traffic laws and not followed/tailgate a truck.
It was all planned
It was all planned. They hit you with the "you were following too closely", when they have intel that you are moving drugs.
Yea, it was a bad baaad idea
r u seriously that dense?
If I'm not tailgating in a safe open road, then I'm wasting a whole lot of money from driving for my business. I just keep the gap at 1 second.
48 years is crazy
Just hearing the police saying "Vee-hickle" gave me sonmuch joy
Man this is like an episode of The blacklist. Shoutout to the construction guys, people like that are always so friendly.
Wow that was terrifying. Imagine thinking you’re doing a traffic stop and then getting smashed off the road
Snowflake
I guess if you want to be a cop you would think that
He didn't think he was doing a traffic stop, the guy was already fleeing, so it is already beyond a traffic stop, and the officer is mentally prepared for things to get wild. He just was not expecting to be attacked from behind, he was focused entirely on the fleeing suspect and the traffic coming up. I don't blame him, but blockers are common in some places. Hell, they were common back in the Prohibition. So cops need to be prepared and remember to watch all directions all the time.
@@justforever96 Yup, Adrenalin going and avoid Tunnel Vision
I've been studying this type of complex scenario for over 30 years in most meticulous detail by myself. But when they press the medal and flee the officers are taught how to recognize it before and to disengage them after. Not their fault they jammed the officers damn Terminator viber car.
Criminal: I don't give a shit!
Cop: I don't give a FuCk.
Legit the best damn response.
Cop 1: “dumbass.”
Cop 2: “yeah…who??”😂😂
like hold up I know you ain’t calling me a dumbass lol
You can tell the criminal learned alot from Mario kart. Threw an invisible banana to not let the car behind him in first place. He should’ve waited until someone in last place threw a blue shell.
Red shell 🤷♀️
Crazy how these people always get caught because of the smallest things
Is pup safe?
There is a reason prisons are so full
but it was an accident
they had to have already known something was up
You should see the ones who don't get caught!

Yes it is! And thank you for being honest. 👍

It's absolutely hilarious
Because of that they didn't see anything. They just guess that was a flat tire
love the: "exit the ve-hicle!"
I'm glad to hear brazen criminals like that experience a worthy sentence.
It is very nice
Then I better not tell you about murderers, pedophiles and politicians who get the same sentence for worse crimes if not less jail time.
