On July 13, 2022, police attempted to stop a speeding vehicle in Glendale, WI. The driver refused to pull over and lead police on a chase for a few miles until stop sticks were deployed on their vehicle eventually disabling it. Four teenagers then took off on foot from the vehicle across the busy interstate.

Can't rehabilitate anybody if you make things terrible. They also want a steady and easy time with them as possible. Being nice just getting cooperative arrests. Doesn't hurt.
