The calmness of the officers after apprehending the driver and passenger is commendable! They didn't take their anger out on the subjects, they made sure they weren't injured and asked simple questions. Great job!
Doppler effect. By the time you hear/react to the siren approaching at high speeds they are already on your ass. Also you still have to make sure you are making a safe maneuver to get out of their way and not just randomly merging over without checking mirrors and over shoulder. It's a lot to process in a split second

Wisconsin has some good rivers. Moved here from Chicago. I actually enjoy the state quite a bit. There is state pride and general decency that doesn't exist in Illinois. It's s shame that some of the urban areas are as troubled as they are. Mostly due to being close to Chicago.

This officer is one hell of a good driver. Not only is this great footage but knowing that this is a homicide suspect makes it even more captivating to see the pursuit. The suspect gave it his all throughout where you don’t even know if he’ll get caught. Real life action movie in this one video.

This could have ended very differently, but I was really impressed with the calmness and professionalism of these officers. Despite the crimes the suspects were wanted for, once in custody, the officers showed care and concern for their well-being as well. A job well done!

MPD isn't allowed to do pit maneuvers due to the chance of innocent bystanders getting hit or hurt. Some of the outlying towns & counties can, but not Milwaukee. I'm more surprised he wasn't doing over 100mph on the city streets! It's pretty common here when they flee b/c over 100 on city streets, MPD has to terminate. The reckless driving here is crazy!!! It's normal to do 50-55mph in a 30 😬 And people will still fly past you doing 70+ on city streets 😳

It was good to see 90% of the drivers actually move to the shoulder or out of the way and many of them stop. It makes the pursuit much safer, means the police have a better chance for a successful capture and gives them the whole road to maneuver. The attitude of the suspects was incredible. It's like they think they did nothing wrong and it's no big deal. No wonder so many end up in jail.
Well at such insane, mind bending, outta control, split second top fuel dragster speeds of barely 100mph, I'd tend to think there is plenty of time for drivers to react...... DUH.

The finest and safest driving and dispatch communication and coordination I've ever witnessed. 20 minutes of perfect conditions to not have ended up tragically.

@@michaellance6627 yes, the dispatcher needs to STFU and keep the radio clear for the officers to communicate their intentions with each other. all in all, a well controlled and executed pursuit. only thing i can suggest to that state, install some repeaters so that your officers do not lose contact with dispatch. i'm in montana, and our patrol cars can go from one end of the state to the other, and still maintain contact with that departments dispatch though the mutual aid channel, that's what it's for.
I love at like 10:10 where the driver is offered a drink of water by his partner. Just a small gesture of support that I think is great. That is the product of a well oiled and effective machine. Great work to all of these officers and dispatchers.

So am I the only one who has noticed Dispatch observing the LEO"s pursuit route/direction and location of travel based on AVL data and constantly update that intel over the radio for backup?!?!?! I just want to say that that genuinely is some absolute next level stuff!!!! I would definitely love to see more departments adopt that SOP, so that the LEO's involved in the pursuit could just continue driving safe, staying on the suspect fleeing, and remain mentally focused on whatever threats/dangers might lurk around from the fleeing suspect as opposed to potentially risking and lives/safety by being distracted having to constantly be on the radio updating their location/direction of travel.
You would think agencies who know how dangerous this stuff can be would be buying widely available things like steering wheel mounted push to talk buttons and aftermarket heads up displays that show speed, direction and street names depending on how high end they are. They are also extremely slow to adopt new pursuit technologies like star chase, grappler, a bumper mounted spike strip, traffic light preemption that gives officers green lights based on wifi data and can also give emergency alerts on Apple navigation and wayz.

I have a low mile 2002 4.3L 2wd I'm saving. It's governed to 100mph. As soon as you hit 100, the computer shuts the fuel off. Not alot of high end power, but nice low-end torque for just cruising around the 'burbs. I don't think it would be enough to hold off a V8 out on the highway. Also, the vehicle is quite heavy for it's size. Axel is 3.42. It's pretty much undriveable in any kind of snow.

Im happy that everything was calm the entire time. The officers didnt do any unnecessary cussing or unnecessary use of force. The suspects were calm and so were the officers and the dispatchers and communication was great. Im happy everyone was safe.

Police, the Soldiers of our Communities, Hurling themselves into the void of Extreme danger., These officers were calm an collected in this chase. With no resistance from the assailants they were able to calm there adrenalin down after the pursuit and make a collected proper arrest after these two young men put the life's of multiple county's in danger as well as the officers. The communication was amazing for the two officers and with dispatch out of radio range and no one was injured. This is what I pay TAX's for. BRAVO...

doing 119 mp/h is a fair overtaking speed on the far left lane on a non speed restricted german autobahn. So if you want to feel your adrenaline surging in a totally legal way come over to germany and do some driving here. ;-)
So professional! I commend these officers... they were able to restrain their adrenaline one stopped after such a long chase. We definitely need more police officers like these. Also, radio dispatch did an excellent job keeping everyone updated.

Glad to see that no one was hurt or killed and when those guys knew they couldn't continue any further and gave up with no issues and took it like a man and the police did everything right and cool . Where the suspects were never taking off and the police were on their tails like a tornado in texas in july . I just couldn't stop watching and listening to dispatch relaying the info too . @@michaellance6627 yes, the dispatcher needs to STFU and keep the radio clear for the officers to communicate their intentions with each other. all in all, a well controlled and executed pursuit. only thing i can suggest to that state, install some repeaters so that your officers do not lose contact with dispatch. i'm in montana, and our patrol cars can go from one end of the state to the other, and still maintain contact with that departments dispatch though the mutual aid channel, that's what it's for.
Roughly half way through, you can hear the officer driving the cruiser sigh heavily. The stress has to be UNREAL! Well done.

So am I the only one who has noticed Dispatch observing the LEO"s pursuit route/direction and location of travel based on AVL data and constantly update that intel over the radio for backup?!?!?! I just want to say that that genuinely is some absolute next level stuff!!!! I would definitely love to see more departments adopt that SOP, so that the LEO's involved in the pursuit could just continue driving safe, staying on the suspect fleeing, and remain mentally focused on whatever threats/dangers might lurk around from the fleeing suspect as opposed to potentially risking and lives/safety by being distracted having to constantly be on the radio updating their location/direction of travel.
You would think agencies who know how dangerous this stuff can be would be buying widely available things like steering wheel mounted push to talk buttons and aftermarket heads up displays that show speed, direction and street names depending on how high end they are. They are also extremely slow to adopt new pursuit technologies like star chase, grappler, a bumper mounted spike strip, traffic light preemption that gives officers green lights based on wifi data and can also give emergency alerts on Apple navigation and wayz.

I have a low mile 2002 4.3L 2wd I'm saving. It's governed to 100mph.
As soon as you hit 100, the computer shuts the fuel off. Not alot of high
end power, but nice low-end torque for just cruising around the 'burbs.
I don't think it would be enough to hold off a V8 out on the highway.
Also, the vehicle is quite heavy for it's size. Axel is 3.42. It's pretty much
undriveable in any kind of snow.

He could barely keep up with an S-10! No, not a great job. The cop should have ended this nonsense at 7:27 while the suspect was entering the on ramp to the freeway, but stayed too far back to perform a pit maneuver while no other cars were around.

Police, the Soldiers of our Communities, Hurling themselves into the void of Extreme danger., These officers were calm an collected in this chase. With no resistance from the assailants they were able to calm there adrenalin down after the pursuit and make a collected proper arrest after these two young men put the life's of multiple county's in danger as well as the officers. The communication was amazing for the two officers and with dispatch out of radio range and no one was injured. This is what I pay TAX's for. BRAVO...

Glad to see that no one was hurt or killed and when those guys knew they couldn't continue any further and gave up with no issues and took it like a man and the police did everything right and cool . Plus the driving freaking awesome but a few times very intense to extreme close calls . Wow it has been one of the best police chases I've ever seen . Where the suspects were never taking off and the police were on their tails like a tornado in texas in july . I just couldn't stop watching and listening to dispatch relaying the info too .
