    To the officer who had him blocked in the parking spot early on. You could have prevented all this misery by just pressing on the gas and not giving him space to back out. That's why you have push bars on your cruiser!

      Are you effing kidding me?! "That officer has very few options" "No tools at their disposal"?! How about shooting out the tires or throwing down spike strips before the suspect escapes & potentially kills countless innocent people? How does commentator not see the ball of what looks like crack thrown down when the suspect unsuccessfully tries to steal the first car? Did the suspect run over that homeowner's dog? That dude was braver than the trained, bulletproof vest protected jokes in law enforcement. No pit maneuver in the cul-de-sac?! And then the cops tackle one of the many drivers hit once they have this maniac surrounded?! Why the standoff at the gas station? This is exactly when deadly force is called for. How many innocent people are treated with deadly force or have been killed, yet this psycho is calmly walked to a patrol car & then assessed for injuries? This is madness! That final overhead shot though..they must've had every cop on the force out there in addition to fire dept & paramedics..I'm curious how many lives were lost as a result of unanswered 911 calls. Shameful.

I do't know if the vehicle insurance that is required to have for all car owners is going to cover the cost of damages but i know the medical aid is very very overpriced there and can be a real long lasting issue for somebody who got in car crash caused by a maniac running from police.       Cops can't nor should they shoot at tires unless absolutely neccesary, and this situation wasn't one of them heres why;
      1. The Bullet could easily miss it's mark (guns aren't as easy to aim as you may think) and ricochet
      2. They were in a domestic area with people living in homes at the times he was cornered
      3. Shooting a tire mid-pursuit has an incredibly low chance of hitting it's mark, as well as if it DID manage to hit it's mark, the car could spin out of control and hit pedestrians, other cars, a home, etc.

I know some hot heads that if they were in that situation white rage would be driving them and they would have went straight and confronted the perpetrator. I almost lost it seeing that dog under the van thought was gonna get squashed...then we never hear if the guy in jeep is ok..but the family fighting the guy when he broke the gate even they were ok. The work vehicle auto victims all got good amount on go fund me for anything their insurance did not cover and one even used some of it to help another victim whos car got damaged. Alot of people just have liability or high amount they have to pay off before the check covers it, plus the amount of work stuff they had.
