On February 28, 2023, a Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s deputy pursued a speeding vehicle in Waupun, WI. The driver evaded, fled on foot, and was later found hiding near a residence. Deputies tracked and apprehended the driver, who realized the situation could have been avoided with a simple traffic ticket.

Cops using the word “r#tard”. “Driving like a “r#tard”. Sounds like something a cop would say. If they say that you know he says the N word. And that’s a lie, in his state he would have gotten a ticket AND taken to jail for the license. But they usually say “what did you throw out” to hope they will admit to something cops didn’t witness. Heard a cop ask another cop one time at a stop, “did you see them throw something out the window”? And the cop said “she could have”, would not just say “NO I DIDNT SEE HER THROW ANYTHING OUT”. Either you did or didn’t see. Pride and ego.

On a gentle bend on a freeway I noticed that there were headlights where there should be taillights. Then I recognized it as a swerving vehicle with a closing speed of at least140 mph. We didn't hit each other by pure luck. Boring freeway driving turned into white-knuckles out of nowhere within a split second, faster than I could react.

Sorry to burst your racist bubble but black people get about 10 times worse punishment over white people in the US legal system. That is proven by data compared for same/similar crimes on millions of cases in the last 20 years alone and if you think this is different nowadays then you are another victim of alt right propaganda.
Same as with this weird idea that a bond means that you are just free to go. There are conditions placed on your release and you will have to stand trial on a certain date. And THEN you will go to prison.

Gotta appreciate the cop saying "I could have pit [maneuvered] him but I'm not pit certified". A lot of restraint from that and self awareness, despite the potential for him to end the chase right there.

A pit maneuver at 100+ mph more than likely would have been disastrous to both the suspect and possibly innocent bystanders. I'm glad he refrained from the maneuver regardless of certification.

@@marthafokker2071 I'm no expert, but I doubt they are allowed to pit at those speeds. He was probably referring to an earlier time in the video when they were travelling slow. The cop could have done it then.

@@marthafokker2071 when he mentions it, he's speaking of the moment they were going onto the ramp. He couldn't have made that turn at over 30 mph even using a conservative estimate

@@marthafokker2071 Cop was talking about when suspect U-turned twice in the wrong direction at damn near 0 mph. He should have pitted him and ended it there. Suspect was lucky he didn't hit someone head on.
