- In this 30 min DYNAMIC Full Body Dumbbell HIIT Workout | No Jump | No Repeat , we will have 9 bundles of 4 exercises, performing each exercise for 35 seconds with 15 seconds rest in between and a 20 seconds rest after each bundle.
You can simply increase the intensity of this HIIT workout by using a heavier kettlebell.

When I see a 'Dynamic HIIT 30 mins by Daniel,' I know that he's going to hide single arm thrusters late. Therefore, early in the session I do my SAT during core exercises. Later, when Dean does his SATs, I do my core and make faces at him. Daniel, today you got the last laugh. Saving DAT for the final exercise. I was foiled again.

**** a quick edit that it is now the second day after doing this video and my quads are still sore! They sting if I touch them lol.
I did this video yesterday and my quads are so sore today!!
This is going in my favorites playlist.
After couple of exercises that were in your latest HomeGym dumbbell hiit, I knew there were going to be devil presses (my favorite) later lol.
I used both 10kg and 8kg depending on the exercise. For some exercises holding 10kg I was going at a slower pace, and because this is HIIT, I think next time I do this video I need to do 8kg and focus on speed.
