Just finished my first full week following your programme. Exceptional programme, with the exception that there are 0 pull-ups. A pull-up bar is $20 and can be set up in 2 minutes. People need to practice pull-ups.

I made the same face in your thumbnail when I saw the preview of Racked Squats... Since you often do at least some exercises the same as your HomeGym videos of the same week, I convinced myself you were also going to give us RUclipsrs a mini-break from racked squats 😂😂😂 That was a great mix of exercise styles!! I forgot about the 3X Push-up to standing you did in the HomeGym video, (which I cannot stand), so I didn't set up my idea of bands hooked up on a door to help me stand and get back down. So I just reached up higher and pretended I was trying to reach for something further away while you were getting up to stand. Elevated Parallel Push-ups were killing me trying to get my chest as low as you. I do them on my knees and had to keep bringing my knees in closer and closer lol From the layout at the beginning I misunderstood and was expecting 4 repeat exercises after the 6th bundle so I jumped for joy when I heard "Misson Complete" lol I added a bundle of 4 bicep exercises before I did my cool down and stretch. Notes: Initial weight choices, 15kg, 10kg, 8kg, 5kg Landmine Row/Curl I upped to a 17.5kg dumbbell Hip Thrusts also 17.5 Any push presses, 14kg RDL/Single Upright Row, 14kg Dynamic Overhead Press - 17.5kg Knee Tuck Crunch - 5kg Strict Full Stop Pullover - 7.5kg and I was at failure on the last two reps.
Hi Daniel your workouts are great. However is it possible that you can knock the blue lights in the demonstrations, please? it doesn't do my eyes or head any good apologies for the critique but I have to be honest. I enjoy your workouts and I want to continue to do them.
