I get to the point where it restarts and then it says that there is no start up USB but I didn’t change it. Everything went fine as far as Boot Camp and copying and partitioning whenever it went to restart to install windows 8.1. It just said, insert USB and press any key.. so I’m stuck there. Not sure where to go from here. I didn’t remove the USB.
i didn’t have the create win 7 or later install disk option, however i looked it up and fixed it but while the process of downloading windows support software i got a message that says “usb installer couldn’t be completed” is there anyway to fix this? i have a 2011 macbook pro
You forgot the Apple software updates. It will always default to Windows until you do that

Me too. Solution : shut down mac . When mac opening press alt . Select efi boot
EFI boot don’t show up for me
7:43 boot camp doesn’t show up to me and I can’t download the windows. Do you have any idea why that happens ?

I cant able option 3, install windows. I can see the option but cant click it, is there a way to fix this?
Everything work except that the windows 8 is not loading, is just showing the windows 8 icon and nothing more
Your MacBook is trying to boot from the wrong partition, hold option key on startup then choose the windows installation usb drive
