Awesome. I searched around apple support forums for a while for this, and I think this is finally a nice up-to-date easy tutorial. My iMac is from 2009 with the same specs, Yosemite and I recently started experiencing Bootcamp not booting anymore into windows 7. The partition had been there for 3 years but I decided to take all my important stuff off and try to reinstall. I would love to run windows 10 in Mac without having to buy a whole new computer! AJCRAFT101 well 2 reason actually. One, in case your macOS fails while dual booting. Then you have all your files saved. and two, if you want to have them on your windows side. Once the installation is done, you can delete then from the flash drive.
