Hermes: watching them from the background, casually eating popcorn.
Honestly it’s interesting to see him utilise the cyclops tactics when controlling it and when catches Circe off guard because that does kind of fit in with the ‘when does a man become a monster’ kind of statement you see him questioning back in the horse and infant. The idea of how ruthless do you have to be for the sake of the ones you love and care for, how much of a monster do you need to become for them, should even become a monster for them, should pick mercy instead. Even though it’s only minor, him employing the Cyclop’s tactic for the sake of freeing his men does kind of show the beginnings of his, at least for now, conclusion to that line of thinking, which from song snippets seem to get expanded upon later in the underworld saga(?).
He named the chimera's move "The Predator's Dive" This is the best guy.

Correction: In Book I, line 264 in my copy he refers to "godlike Polyphemus", maybe the cyclops or somebody else with the same name

I really like how you can hear the LFO's when Odysseus's electric guitar starts playing, right before he summons the cyclops. It's like he is mimicking Circe's power here (which he is because of the flower he ate) and the music shows that so well! Circe's music usually has LFO's which shows her magical powers. It's so well thought out, I'm addicted to EPIC!!
And I'm in love with the reference video. 😂 It made my day.

This is so cool! Odysseus summoning a cyclops against Circe’s chimera was an epic choice, and this animation really captures the scope of that in this scene.
When you showed this animation during the streaming of the Circe Saga I thought that he conjured the Cyclops but a stronger version of him because as Hermes said molly works with imagination. And Odysseus, especially after learning the ramifications of his encounter with the cyclops from Poseidon, has nightmares about him. In his imagination the Cyclops is stronger. Yes he has beaten him but because of him he lost almost all of his men. Also because of Polyfimus he lost Polites and that still haunts him (this is the meeting I am most excited for when he reaches the undreworld!)

This is one of the main reasons i follow EPIC. I absolutely love the pure joy and fun Jorge has with this. Like he is such a human ya'know? I feel like a lot of the times when people start getting popular they lose touch with reality but this guy is using goku to (beautifully might i add) show a concept for this brilliant creation. I love it

I have a question (or I guess a cool observation)
At the beginning of the song Puppeteer, the music is the same as Telemachus's song Legendary sung later on (in what I believe is the wisdom saga, but correct me if i'm wrong.) Don't know if anyone else noticed this, or if there's a reason, but I just thought it was cool.

My first reaction to seeing that video was the game you played with the discord server a month or so ago when teasing the Circe saga! This fight was just like the simulated fight from the discord server! I felt special knowing I was part of the initial quiz/fight in the server and then seeing that
