When my family sat down to watch this movie my sister and I absolutely latched onto Erica and Deborahbot, they were literally our favorite characters. We wanted them to be included in literally everything

Notice how in the movie, the robots all have themes of very geometric shapes and sharper edges. When Eric and deborahbot use the markers to give themselves faces, it’s with organic lines and curves to show their human side showing, and when Pal takes control of them, the red on their screens obstructs the view of their faces
These two were the funniest characters in the film. Glad to finally find comic relief characters in an animated film in AGES that aren't complete jerks or just obnoxious characters that try way too hard to be funny
4:51 you can see here linda holds up seven stickers, however there’s only five people in the family (linda, dad, katie, aaron, and monchi) which means there’s possibly a cut scene where she reaches back and gives Eric and Deborahbot stickers too! :)
The reason this movie is good is because it’s actually relatable to the newer generation because they know the humour and so added memes to entertain them

There is a deleted scene where in the car with mom and Eric (?) watching the kid playing football. Eric was colouring in a colouring book and asked mom why the momma duck doesn't eat her chick for food and mom reply about you don't eat your friend/ family while looking at Debonbot and Eric agreed! Before you asked for source, it was on the creative team twitter!
I think what made that deleted scene better is that Deborahbot 5000 looks over to Eric outside (after Linda says that), who gets sprayed in the face by two soda(?) cans and just,,,agrees with Linda. Also, she turns back around to see Deb just gobbling down a bunch of crayons so that's even better. I really hope they do something more with these two they actually made me laugh plus they're so good as animated characters like actual personality whc is hard to do for both animated things especially robots
I made this partially because I wanted to see if there were any animation details that weren’t immediately apparent and there were SO MANY so much love and care was put into these two goofballs.
Sometimes a family is just: 1. a dad who doesnt know computers 2. a mom who is trying her ding dangely best! 3. the gay kid 4. the dinosaur kid 5. a loaf of bread that could just be the dog and 6. their two robots!

There is a deleted scene where in the car with mom and Eric (?) watching the kid playing football. Eric was colouring in a colouring book and asked mom why the momma duck doesn't eat her chick for food and mom reply about you don't eat your friend/ family while looking at Debonbot and Eric agreed! It was actually deborah bot 5000 but in all seriousness it was an adorable seen and I wish they kept it in
I think what made that deleted scene better is that Deborahbot 5000 looks over to Eric outside (after Linda says that), who gets sprayed in the face by two soda(?) cans and just,,,agrees with Linda. Also, she turns back around to see Deb just gobbling down a bunch of crayons so that's even better.

I made this partially because I wanted to see if there were any animation details that weren’t immediately apparent and there were SO MANY so much love and care was put into these two goofballs.
Sometimes a family is just:
1. a dad who doesnt know computers
2. a mom who is trying her ding dangely best!
3. the gay kid
4. the dinosaur kid
5. a loaf of bread that could just be the dog and
6. their two robots!
In a more realistic setting it would just be google and alexa or two roombas
