- 48 Minute Total Body Workout | Core, Cardio, Compound Strength - This was a really fun workout with a lot of variety! 30 Seconds of core, then into 45 seconds of cardio and 60 seconds of a compound strength exercise. We hit all the muscles today for an amazing total body workout!

I did this workout yesterday and today I am super sore in my upper shoulders. I was wondering why until I reviewed the video again. The compound exercises for 60 seconds did it for me. Thank you for coming up with varying formats all of the time and making us work hard!!

I love the levels concept! And I agree with you that although the cardio was on the lighter end, the compound movement after seemed to keep my heart rate jacked which was nice!

Whew! That was one sweaty workout!
I can tell you that you have helped me tremendously! I was dx with multiple sclerosis 12 years ago, I couldn’t walk a mile without pain and foot drop. I have been doing your exercises for about 3 months now and the other day I walked almost 2 miles and no pain or foot drop!! I also see a lot more definition in my arms, legs and core!!

This was one of my top favorites of all your workouts. Knowing I only had to complete 2 rounds of each circuit really enabled me to push to my limit. I also just loved the format, the perfect amount of time for abs, cardio and compound strength. Creativity is one of your best talents…consistency, depth of knowledge, clear instruction, positive outlook, I could go on and on about the qualities I appreciate about you. I think ADVANCED. I can’t really remember it, I should probably say right after I’m done and start to write them that might be a good idea!

*love* howeverrrrr I cannot do sit ups or crunches due to a spinal fusion surgery. I always do whatever I can for abs but do you have something specific for those of us who can’t do the traditional ab work? Just looking for ideas always…
I'd totally recommend you take a look in the shorts and finishers playlist for some ab options :) please of course consult your doctor before anything you are unsure of.
