- 47 Minute Slow and Steady Upper Body Strong | Supersets with Opposing Muscle Groups - Time to work on increasing lean muscle tissue. This workout, we are focusing on upper body. We will do a 40/20 format, so a little longer than normal for your recovery. This will enable you to lift nice and heavy during the 40 seconds.
