This was the perfect post vacation workout. I've spent three weeks walking around Italy and it was wonderful, but I missed working out and was worried I'd have to start over. I did a minimal upper body with bands and some abs in bed lol, but the stairs and walking were the only legs. However, I've learned that I can dial it back a bit so its not too hard and then work back up and it doesn't take too long to get back to prior strength. Thanks again for a great workout.
Came back to this one again today. Loved the talk at the end for sure. And those weighted ice skaters really hit the entire LUCA - loved it! Thank you!
