- If you orient an overhead map of Amateria such that the balance bridge sits at the top of the map, then Saavedro's journal entry #12 would be found at the 12 o'clock position, entry #3 at the 3 o'clock position, and entry #6 at the 6 o'clock position.

alright, it's almost 6am. and i just woke up from a sweet dream that this guy was narrating. he was talking about this pin machine. so i thought i was in an old technology class and he was talking about an old vinyl record player that moved the pin aka needle from record to record, you should have seen this guys collection. too bad i woke up to this guy. i seriously passed out for almost 20 segments of these videos. i need to drink and watch more of this guys stuff.
@Snowmation Frequent updates may be nice in theory, but the sacrifices in quality of production and content hardly make it worthwhile.
As for shady, when he chose to LP Exile he chose to do it to the best of his ability. For him, it's not a matter of getting the videos done quickly so much as getting them done right - something he never fails to deliver. He treats Exile with the respect it deserves.

@Snowmation Implying watching SafetyPin's LP is a better alternative to being patient sounds a lot like a put-down to me.

ShadyParadox, you kinda blow my mind with almost every other thing you say. Except that..I was actually answering you with possible reasons to those questiosn right before you said that so...that was a slight fail. but only a slight one. You could never fully fail. Except at Pronouncing Brad Dourif and Edanna, of course.

It could be possible that Atrus was the one who jammed the peg in, realising that it was too easy while testing it.

Sounds like Saavedro developed a case of Dual Personality Disorder there. Sirrus and Achenar have a lot to answer for, screwing him over so badly that he started getting severe psychological disorders...

first time i did the turntable one i was just messing with it and put the pegs randomly and solved it on accident my first try

With the possible exception of Mechanical, this is the first Age in the entire series that I actually solved without referring to a guide. :D
Might well be the only one if I don't get back to Uru. Ugh, third-person, engine-run...

Just finished watching ThePhantomSafetyPin's Let's Play of Myst III Exile. This Let's play was dragging out for too long.
You do great work, but 7 months and counting for one Let's Play is just too long.
