Heyy small suggestion... If you can hold the poses for like 2 or 3 breaths then, it would be great to follow along... By the time we reach the pose, you are starting change it.... Except that wonderful session....

With online classes, I learned years ago the pause control on a video player is my friend. I can sink into a pose, and hold it as long as I want, something I wouldn't do in an in-person class.

I’m a little confused because I do hold all of the standing poses and postures at least 5 breaths 🤷🏻‍♀️yes I do talk while holding the pose because I’m a yoga teacher 😭😆

Dynamic cobra/childs pose feels delish. Great to do first thing, before even getting out of bed.

I just started yoga a month ago and I’ve only missed a few days. Recently I started noticing lower back pain. I’ve never experienced that before. I’m really trying to stay true to proper form but my hamstrings are very tight without much improvement. What are some things I could look into as the cause for this new pain?

Aw that’s tough to answer without knowing your body and seeing what you’re practicing! Yoga can be tricky because we move in so many directions that being said try to figure out which movement is bothering you and avoid it! I’m posting a video on yoga for back pain soon so be on the lookout for that🫶🏽

Hi I really enjoyed the flow but sometimes it’s quite hard to concentrate ´cause of speaking a bit too much all time long 😊

like it a lot but cant really follow, sometimes pose changes are way too fast for me, especially because I dont know all the pose names so I have to watch… and watch, keep strong and balanced AND follow fast isnt possible

I have plenty of beginner classes on my channel if you’re looking for a slower pace🙌🏽 I also have an online beginner series that breaks down 40 of the most common yoga poses in tutorials so you can really learn how to do the poses - you can check that out on my website
