Stretch and strengthen your entire body with this 35 minute intermediate yoga class that will move through poses like low lunge, wide leg forward fold, warrior 3, side plank and extended side angle pose. I am not using any props for this practice but I always recommend having a block or a strap handy just in case :)
This is a good class to do if you are trying to transition from beginner to intermediate!

You're the only person that doesn't annoy me by talking about toxins and god. Clear and calm instructions, enjoy each moment even when I fall over.
As someone who has been following Kassandra for a while now, I could clearly see the difference between her current and old videos. The current ones seem more calming whereas this felt more like a workout.
Still one of my favorite classes ever. I think it’s in my top 10 Kassandra’s best flows 😍

My husband Piero wants to thank you for introducing him to yoga, which I’ve practiced for 30 years. He started during lock down here in Italy last February, and yours is his favorite channel for yoga.
This was a really good class for people who have been doing yoga for awhile. I liked that you didn't spend time explaining every pose and that if it was hard they could go to child's pose. This was a true intermediate class where you called the poses and we went into them. We got a lot done and tackled the full body. This is a video I could watch over and over again. Enjoyed it tremendously.

I have been doing beginners yoga for a while and did not know if I was ready for it. I was able to do most but on some I clearly need more practice. What I loved was that you did not waste time in chitter chatters like the others do. By the end I was sweating like a pig and really enjoyed it. Thank you so much.

I’ve fallen in love with this practice! Haven’t done vinyasa in like a month due to pain in my legs, but how I’ve missed this! I could even hold my body up on my hands the whole second time (where you cross the legs and lift up). I’ve never managed to do that for more than half a breath before, lol 😄 Almost crying with joy 😂 💕💕

Hi Kassandra. Just sending you some gratitude this morning for your wonderful videos. This one is my go-to for a post flight jet lagged 51 year old flight attendant when I’m feeling a bit depleted but still want to move and strengthen 🤗. Just really appreciate all you give x
Loved this flow, really challenging but just the right amount of intensity with nice welcome breaks in between. You have such a great style of teaching. No nonsense and to the point. Perfect for me! Keep it up Kassandra, you're amazing.

Fabulous, I love different types of yoga class, for an early morning rush, this was perfect for getting loosening up the places I needed following a long sleep. Big plus factor is Kassandra does'nt waffle on, which some teachers do! Waffling definitely breaks my concentration and ruins a session for me. Thank you Kassandra.
Thanks so much for this. I haven't been doing your yoga practices for a while and have since been diagnosed with osteoarthritis in the hips. Some days it is even painful to walk. I am 57 years old and am very active in my job. I started back to your yoga a few days ago and have been concentrating on this particular video in order to increase my flexibility again. Your instructions are so professional and the poses so beneficial. I have discovered that after a day's work doing this practice opens up my hips and decreases the pain on my legs. Carry on your good work In Kassandra.

I started experimenting with simple yoga stretches in bed while having back pain, and it helped me. Now I started practicing once or twice a day and I fell in love with yoga. This was the first session I did. I thought to myself, I can do intermediate. It was quite challenging, haha. However, I REALLY liked your calm vibe and the way you teach, I really missed relaxation in my life, especially because I practiced a lot of meditation a few years ago. I can say you instilled the love for yoga in me. Thank you!
I started watchin ur videos about 2yrs with my gf at the time.. we broke up so I stopped but 8 months ago I had serious surgery and I knew once my body was ready that I would go back to watching this video specifically in order to get my body back in shape (along with slowly incorporating body weight exercises).. and so far it’s been amazing!! Hi Kassandra from the west coast of Canada. I’ve been enjoying your yoga practice since mid March and again now during the second wave pandemic restrictions. I’ve really enjoyed your practice and the positive affirmations of your Birthday and Hope videos, so necessary in these challenging times. I must say at age 60+ I sometimes find the Yin 2 minute hold and intermediate practices a little challenging - but that ok. So...thank you and keep up the good work.

Perfect balance of difficulty and time. I can’t do all of the poses but I have a block to help me out until I get there so I don’t hurt myself. More like this!
This is a great 30 minute yoga practice! Such a nice combination of strong poses, but with an unhurried flow between them, and just the right amount of time holding the poses, before moving on to the next one. This was so enjoyable, and very doable after a day at work 💖😊
I absolutely LOVE that you don’t talk a lot during the poses. Some of my past yoga teachers talked way too much! I love how you explain each pose in the perfect way and then you give us a few moments of silence to enjoy. 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 Thank you!

Great active recovery yoga practice for anybody! Nothing too technical with fabulous stretches that don't leaving you in one pose for too long. Highly recommend.

Excellent. yes we are quarantined. But these daily sessions with kassandra help keep u sane. Thank you. I had been doing more slow flow and beginner practices but decided to jump to intermediate and it was a wise choice. Really each and every session with kassandra is excellent. Just depends have much time you have for the day and what you want to focus on. I like this one especially but I need to work on balance.

I really appreciated the minimal queuing. Practice felt a little bit rushed and I found myself wanting to pause in mountain pose a bit, but it worked. I feel better after than I did before. Thank you!

I love this class - it's an oldie but goodie! I love how you revamped the side body class recently, and I'd love an updated version of this one (maybe take out some of the redundant poses, and slow things down a little bit). Please keep some music in (it doesn't have to be the same music, but I love having music in the background). Thank you so much for all of your amazing classes!

Really like your videos, Kassandra, but would prefer less of the music in the background. For me, the music in this video became very annoying especially in the quieter poses. Thank you for the lovely practice.
This video is amazing. I started yoga six months ago using a progression program, and while I couldn't have done this video six months ago, I have felt like I wasn't getting enough of a challenge the last month or so, even though I have concentrated more on form, sinking lower during warrior poses and stretches, linking breathing to movement, while keeping my mind clear as possible, and just trying to get the most out of their program. I needed this, because it truly is challenge, but one that is possible for me to take on.
I also think your methods for getting into the dynamic poses is much better as far as the natural flow and proper body mechanics. Excellent class!

I've been doing Yoga with Kassandra for few months now and I thought I was good enough to take this 30 min intermediate class, but damn, this class is so intense, I loss breath couple times and need to pause the video. Despite that, I really enjoy the class, thank you Kassandra
I love your classes. They are simple but effective. I have trained as a yoga teacher but sometimes need inspiration. I am so surprised when teachers are not careful about explaining where the heal of the foot should be when doing the warrior poses.
The background music is calming and helps me to slow down. The pace you go also allows for me to focus on my breathing.
