What happens when this lens is used with an APSC camera like ZV-E10? Are there any downsides like lower image quality/sharpness/focus issues? Also will the focal length still be the same at 20mm?

I didn't notice any downside when put on zve10. It works perfectly well on zve10 and it's equivalent of 30mm on an apsc camera.
