Nice POV video. Some good images captured. This looks like a very neat little lens. From what I can see on the YT video, the sharpness, contrast, colours and bokeh are very pleasing. The other Samyang micro F1.8 lenses look tempting too
Thanks 😊 I don’t have a chance to try the samyang micro, but I have tried this samyang 75 f1.8 and viltrox 85 f1.8, both are very sharp and have great focus, but the samyang lens is much more compact.

I was looking for 75mm street photography videos because I consider buying the Samyang 75mm 1.8mm for my Sony A7CII. I think I found the perfect video 😅 Subscribed.
@@ConstantineSPhotography I currently have the Samyang 35mm 1.8 and this is a bit too wide for me. I don't like to go too close to the subjects to take good shots. 75mm could be nice, but not for every situation. Do you have experience with the Sony 28-60mm kit lens? It is very compact.

I haven't had a chance to try the Sony lens, be Viltrox and this one is very similar. Both are very responsive in photo mode but a bit of gradual change in video mode.
I'm very satisfied with the samyang 75mm lens, it's about half the weight of the viltrox 85mm, and af and sharpness are great too. But of course 75mm bokeh will look smaller than 85mm bokeh. If that's okay for you, I believe you'll be very happy with the 75mm lens.
i using the same gear , but i have a problem with the focus , sometimes the focus is out of control ( from clear to out focus suddenly on video ) and cant focus sometime on photo , must turn off and on to fix it do your gear have that ?
@@hungtovi1656 I encountered the same problem too. It’s probably because your lens isn’t updated to the latest firmware. You can check your version: Select [Menu] → [Setup] → [Version] on the camera If it’s this problem, you’ll need to get a lens station from Samyang to update the lens. I’ve done that and the af problem is fixed.

How do you find AF compared to Viltrox 85 or Sony 85

I heard that it requires a firmware update on A7c ii for improved auto focus . Did you do such an update?
