Nice video. I find when the Night Heron turns up, the fish are biting. When he leaves, so do the fish. I always chuck a small trumpeter or whiting their way. Keep up the fishing vids. Great to watch 😊
Yeah they tend to hang around when the fishing's good. I don't mind the company, and they do get the odd trumpeter from me as well 😁 cheers for watching 👍🎣

Thank you, much appreciated and well done on the bream! Good thing about the Swan is there's plenty to catch. At this time of year I tend to focus on tailor/bream in the river, and squid from the beaches. Bream are everywhere, but better further upriver if you want to avoid all the blowfish. Tailor can be caught on sunrise/sunset from most jetties around South Perth - silver twisty lures word wonders, as does casting out mulies on a set of gang hooks. I prefer to fish from the Kayak at this time of year, but do fish from the banks with the kids here and there. Hope this helps! Thanks for watching 👍🐟

Depends what you want to get into, how big you want the kayak, how much you're willing to spend etc. I'd hit up marketplace or the like to check out what's there. Personally, I love my Bay Sports kayak. They're great and not overly expensive. Hope this helps and thanks again 🎣👍
