葱香芝士卷,真心比甜面包好吃太多了, 并且肯定会做了再做, !制作简单,不用机器,不揉手套膜,面包暄软拉丝,咸香美味,好吃到停不下来,适合全家吃的一款面包。
ingredients 配方:
220 g warm milk 温牛奶
1 tsp (4g) active dry yeast 活性干酵母
1 tbsp (15g) sugar 糖
1 egg 鸡蛋
350 g bread flour 高筋面粉
1/2 tsp (3g) salt 盐
35 g softened butter 软化黄油
chopped greed onion leaves 小葱碎
cheddar or mozzarella cheese 切德或者马苏里拉奶酪
chopped sausage or bacon 香肠或者培根
Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C in advance, and bake at the middle rack for about 18 minutes until the surface is golden brown.

今天刚做了,真的好吃,吃得停不下来!另外我想问一下,放纸碗出烤箱吃的时候会把纸碗去掉,但底部有点粘,不是很容易脱模,请问有什么好办法吗?谢谢
