    ingredients 所需材料:
    180 g warm milk 温牛奶
    1 tsp active dry yeast 活性干酵母
    1 tbsp sugar 糖
    1 egg 鸡蛋
    350 g bread flour 高筋面粉
    1/2 tsp salt 盐
    35 g softened butter 软化黄油
    for filling 內馅:
    40 g softened butter 软化黄油
    70 g brown sugar 红糖
    10 g ground cinnamon 肉桂粉
    1/4 tsp nutmeg(optional) 豆蔻粉
    1 bigger apple 大苹果
    Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C in advance, and bake at the middle rack for about 22 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
