It’s been a year since I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I had surgery {a double mastectomy and auxiliary node dissection on my left side]. I have had cording, mobility issue, fibrosis/scar adhesion on my left side. Although I go to a fantastic physio and have improved so much. I really have appreciated your videos as I have used them in my search for answers to what is happening to my body and what I can do to improve. I really like your 10 minute workouts as cancer can be already a very lonely time and I feel like I have a friend to work out with! What your doing here is so valued and important…..thank you so very much.
Wanted to share that this exercise really helps me manage my eczema flare-ups! It's my go-to exercise to get things pumping without straining me too much (I think my eczema is toxin/circulation-related). Thank you for making these easy-to-follow videos ❤
So glad I found your channel. I just developed lymphedema following a shoulder replacement. I had breast cancer 14 years ago and lost my lymph nodes on my left side and had no lymphedema until now. Where we live there are no lymphedema specialist so I’ve been following you and doing the exercises and massages. Slowly seeing the swelling going down. Thank you so much for taking the time to make these videos!
Hi dear even I had breast cancer recently. I had my left breast surgery this July, followed by radiation. I still have swelling there at the surgery spot. Hope it heals soon. How you survived till now, I mean was there in ups and downs? Diet? Please share any good tips if you followed some
Hi Irene, could you please tell me what videos of exercises and drainage are you doing? I had bc and after 3 years now I am dealing with lymphedema on my left arm, any recommendations? Thanks!!
Thanks! I’m one month out from radiation and 3.5 months out from lumpectomy and sentinel lymph node removal. Thank you for these great exercises. Please ignore the nay-sayers who have no idea what cancer patients need. I love your videos!
Hey Kelly, id really like to thank you as you have helped my mummy swelling of her leg, ankle and foot after following religiously your videos. Are there any foods she should be avoiding you can suggest? My 83 yrs young mummy, eats a pescatarian diet full of fresh colourful fruit and vegetables. She's rather partial to processed white bread.
How wonderful of you to focus on helping people with something so beneficial to their health. This was easy to follow and feels beneficial already. Thank you!
Oh my goodness! I just did this short workout. I hate walking in the neighborhood because of all the vicious dogs. Had double mastectomy a year ago November and the implants 2 months ago in October. Have laid around and now in the worst physical and mental condition of my life. A hard pill to swallow at 64. Suffice it to say I understand now why old people get so crabby. This kind of instruction is exactly what I've been needing to get me going again. Thank you Thank you thank you for this kindness.! Also, am starting the dry brushing technique. What a blessing 🙏
I do this routine just about every day so this my "note to self" ☺️ 1:40 March 2:37 Boxing 3:37 Toy Soldier 4:39 Squat w/ pulse 5:39 Reach across kick out 6:35 jump rope (or) side to side ski 7:38 Reach up, touch toes 8:38 Shoulder blade squeeze w/ back kick 9:37 Step to side (squat), open arms 10:36 Front kick w/arm raise
This was great! Thank you so much! What a great way to get the Lymphatic system moving in just a few minutes and great for those of us that are older. Thank you!!
Just want to let everybody know how beneficial this exercise is. I have incorporated it into my day. Thank you so much to you, Kelly. Have a happy Christmas and a healthy 2022 and I will check in again in the New Year.
Hi again!, These exercises are just wonderful. I am committed now to doing them every day. It is a cold and grey day in Ireland, but now I feel warm and energised ... could not thank you enough
This video has been life changing. I use it as a warm up before lifting weights. It gets my flow flowing and increases my energy levels. I’m a healthy, relatively young and believe that school age children should be taught a routine like this one for better health. Thank you! 💪
tf you click on the cogged wheel, abit to the right at the bottom, then click on playback speed, then on Custom, you can slow down this excellent video to suit us Oldies..
My advice for those of you who like myself sit most of the day at the desk, it's winter and you don't go out much, if you suddenly start these exercises - have a glass near you of water and take a sip on every of those 20 seconds rest, helps a lot.
Kelly, I am 70 yrs old and four weeks out from my mastectomy with immediate implants. I am using your videos to help my recovery. Although I walk every day, this cardio lymphatic workout I'll add to your other videos. My goal is to be healthier than I was before surgery. I can't wait for my 3 month check up to see how far I have come, and it all will be because of you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
You are my life saver, because of your video, I was able to tell my doctor that I need a lymphedema therapist. I didn't have chemo, radiation or surgery, you can still get blockage....
This has been the perfect movement to get me going after a few slip and fall injuries. I developed lymphedema in my left leg because of my injuries. This video is giving me hope I will be able to move again. I only only 59 and up until the falls had been quite active.
Thank you miss Kelly!....you are such a great instructor....appreciate you very much, I am so happy I found your channel I have lymphedema in my left leg just recently.
I have checked out almost all of your videos now and all very helpful....I just bought a wooden thing to help with the massage everywhere....I only have the right arm working right now....and it's massaging the whole body and I'm getting a bit tired. I hope this wooden thing will help so I don't have to use so much pressure. I do feel a lump building under the right arm pit now...probably the cancer spreading. Again, thank you.
Thanks for making these videos. I finished treatments in December and had a rough time finding exercise routines that I could do and stick with. After a month, I'm able to do this one start to finish on a regular basis. I love that you give alternative moves. That's so helpful on days when I want to exercise, but barely have the energy to stand up.
Hi Kelly, I am using your exercises every day. I love them!!!! I don’t know if I have lymphedema or close to that but I am doing them and loooveee them!!!!!!!! I have a question, if you get lymphedema with exercises you get rid of it or not? Where I am I cannot go to a doctor because they cannot cover therapies so I am doing the best I can. Please I hope you can come back to me and help me🙏🙏🙏🙏tell me what I need to do to keep a healthy life and get rid of this if possible. Thank you and have a wonderful day. ❤
Hi! Kelly, I'm back! I've been slacking off grocery shopping! It's late and I need to get back in the routine! Keep me updated and motivated! Thanks! Kelly! PS: I can't believe my back when out spontaneously while standing. Thats never happened before to me! In my lower back! That's a strange place to get a cramp, don't ya think?
Hi Kelly, Thanks for your kind information through your channel. In 2009, I had Well Differentiated Squamous Cell Carcinoma in my left buccal mucosa, which was excised by ENT and 33 radiotherapy cycle carried out on my cancerous side of my face. I am daily running about 5 miles followed by Chin Up and push up. I have also bradycardia (42-48 heart beats/minute), however cardiologist cleared it to me that bradycardia is due to my physical fitness . 2 week ago, I had swelling on my cancerous side of my face, which is gradually going down. Can you kindly guide the cause of swelling and appropriate exercise and treatment, please?
Hey 😊! Kelly! I've been incorporating more lymphie strong in my daily routine! So I 'm up earlier today and I have a 🗣️ headache, I took a pill, and I need my circulation to get goin! So I can shop! I'm not in the "shop to ya drop" club anymore but I still need to do some healthskie shop- pen if ya know what I mean 🤔! I need my spinach 😃 so I'm lymphie strong to the finish! See how I said that! That's different ain't it! Well, let's get started!
How do I choose the size of my compression pantyhose? My lymphedema therapist chose side small compression 30-40 mmhg. It is too painful on my feet. It is toeless pantyhose. Thank you for your videos.
Hey! Kelly, I'm back! At Lym- phie strong! I've got Lymphie on my mind. I'm thinking 🤔 Lymphie all the time! Sounds like l've got a career in country music 🎵, hu! Yours truly, Lymphie Strong!
Alright! Kelly! Hey! Kelly! It's lymphie to the finish! I've got my spinach in the freezer 😁! It's lymphie time! Like MC Hammer 🔨 time! Like Lebron's hang time! We gots to go do this Lymphie Strong Time! Because Sweet Pea needs his Spinach to grow up on time! So he's Lymphie Strong to the finish! Here we go!
How about relaxing about the idea of getting rid of lymphedema and just adopt exercise as daily goal? This whole idea of dragging the ailment into recovery is paradoxical. Constantly reminding yourself that you have lymphedema is a great way to have it persist longer than it should. Get up and move and there won’t be any stagnation in the body ever again.

Hi, great video. Do you think this would help get fluid from the ear moving?
It's been six weeks since my booster and I still have swelling in my armpit and chest on the side of the injection. Really hoping this helps.
It would be helpful to know how to modify them for a disability. I have cerebral palsy back in the left side of my body mostly.
How about exercises for lymphedema health after CABG Operation.
Oh wow I have to watch her everyday makes me feel better just looking at her healthy body
How do I choose the size of
