10-Minute Breast Cancer Lymphatic, Strength and Cardio Exercise Routine: By A Physical Therapist

- This 10-minute, strength and cardio exercise routine can be followed along after breast cancer treatment for lymphatic health or lymphedema. Breast cancer surgery with lymph nodes removed or radiation therapy can place someone at an increased risk for, or cause, lymphedema. This is an exercise routine to get muscles pumping to stimulate the lymphatic system, as well as strengthen and improve overall health. Breast cancer exercises should be gentle, and cleared by the doctor for safety, but are crucial to long-term function and quality of life.

Just had 20 lymph nodes removed. How soon can I start your program?
What a great routine! My lymphedema isn’t from breast cancer but from metastatic melanoma and the removal of twenty-eight lymph nodes under my right arm. Needless to say this “Popeye” arm drives me crazy from the swelling. Looking forward to trying this routine. Thank you for your very informative videos!
