    This was my workout for this morning it was short but very effective I could feel the burn 🔥 all the way through my arms are on fire but it is worth it to finish thanks for the quick workout I didn’t have a lot of time so I am l glad you have these shorts videos they come in handy thanks for working out with me this morning Jessica have a great Thursday 😀

      Haha, Peanut sometimes jumps on me too (though it seems the calmer my workout is, the more animated she gets and vice versa ;-). Thanks for tuning in! Have a great weekend as well :)

    This is a great exercise video, and different, because a dog is doing it. The girl in the back jumping around is a bit confusing though...
    only kidding. Thanks for the upload, this channel changed my life. I started adult ballet lessons and lost 20 pounds!

    Jessica this video is great because right now I only have about 10 - 15 spare minutes a day to exercise, and this short workout covers it all. I can't wait to do this one this evening. I love your videos a lot, very easy to follow (and Peanut is always adorable too 🙂)! Thanks very much!

    I am doing your workouts daily. Pls post some new 30 minute workout. I like your workouts mainly for explaining every movement that you are doing. Do some Walk and Talk videos on topics related to weight loss such as how to adapt ourselves with the lifestyle change.

    Thank you so much for these awesome videos, Jessica. You're a phenomenal instructor; excellent cues and great clarity/specificity regarding proper form. And you have such a kind, friendly demeanor - it's a pleasure to workout with you! Have a couple of your DVDs; wish I could purchase ALL the workouts offered here, as well. Any 20 or 30 minute cardio or weight training DVDs for purchase? Or a compilation of these shorter sessions? (Might have missed something while perusing Amazon and your website; I'll check again.) Gotta say, I'm in love with Peanut - she's beyond precious! Watching you two makes working out so much more enjoyable; super cute! Hope Peanut continues to be featured in all the vids to come!     Love all your workouts Jessica! When will you have new programs (DVD)? I miss longer workouts of about 30-40 minutes. I can´t wait to see the new workouts! Please make some pilates, kickboxing, barre, cardio and toning with cardio effect like Tred and Shred workout and some cardio yoga! (my little request). Thanks for this awesome workout!

      Thanks so much Boho Girl! We're currently in pre-production for our new series and don't have a specific release date just yet (we are aiming for Nov.). We will be including a lot of what you are asking for in it, so hopefully it will be worth the wait :-) In the meantime, I hope we can keep training with you here on RUclips and with our other programs.

      That sounds awesome Jessica cant wait to see the new workouts. Meantime I wanted to ask you to make some pilates workouts. I started new on this routine about two times a week mixed with your programs, and I also do some of the pilates workouts you have in this channel. The worst part for me is the abs on the floor because of my back so I always practice the one you have pilates standing abs. I would love if you could also make a series of pilates, but, legs, arms with and without weights, cardio pilates and of course abs (I prefer standing of course LOL). I love your videos because you are really good at this routine too the same has you are in the other ones you practice, like yoga, kickboxing, etc. I would appreciate if you could make some videos here on youtube of pilates. Thank you Jessica for all your wonderful workouts always.

    I liked the moves, but couldn't get up and down to and from the floor that fast (had to set weights down to do it safely), so repeatedly had to back up or pause to not lose reps--also because I changed weights several times to protect joints. I prefer ones where I don't need to start and stop the video several times.
