375g all-purpose flour
7g (1 pkg) instant dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
187ml warm milk
42g (3 tbsp) butter, melted.
1 large egg, beaten.
Shredded cheese as needed
Parsley or other herbs
Indonesian
Roti Twisted Keju
375g tepung serbaguna
7g (1 pkg) ragi kering instan
1 sdm gula pasir
1 sdt garam
Susu hangat 187ml (3/4 gelas)
Mentega 42g (3 sdm), meleleh.
1 butir telur besar, kocok.
Keju parut sesuai kebutuhan
Peterseli atau tumbuhan lainnya.
