Thanks. You get biscuit dough ...buttered comes six or eight to a package. Using the green onions butter can be made in pie pan too. Excellent recipe. Living in USA bread dough frozen is plentiful. Butter and garlic mix can stored in the frig for three days....flat focaccia bread can be made...buttered biscuits and croissants as well lot of choices...garlic and jalapeño is the best bet!

Made this today and it’s the fluffiest, most moist bread I’ve ever made! I’ve tried many other “fluffy” bread recipes, but I will definitely return to this one. I used regular AP flour. My dough was very sticky, so I ended up adding about another 1/4cup of flour. With patience and trust in your dough, you have to knead with your spatula for a good 10 min. I baked mine at around 340F for 14 min, the inside texture is very moist and tender. Idk if I was overzealous with the cheese but it’s almost a little stick to your teeth moist, but it could’ve also maybe used another minute or two in the oven. Flavor wise, it’s buttery, garlic-y, onion-y, and cheesy, I mean even if you somehow screwed up the bread Im sure it’d still taste delicious.

I rolled it out to a rectangle but not thin at the centre so when I fold it after pasting mixture and the other side is a bit thick. So it turned out one side is thick and the other side is thin. It doesn't matter as the bread is very soft, tender and chewy. I'm new to baking bread and this is the best texture amongst the 4th bread sofar. Tks for sharing your recipe.

Although I appreciate this recipe & the relaxing piano music, it would be a lot more helpful, if you could put the ingredients in a line up here below & in a language most can understand, like what is (100 ml milk) & what is (180 g bread flour), or what is Caster Sugar? mainly what does (ml) or (g) mean or what USA oven temperature is the same as 165 or 185 C?
Jeez,I know most inconvenient that a majority of the world uses metric measure and Centigrade temps, but poor murika still in the dark ages ...lol just look up a conversion table online, how difficult is that..?

Hi, when u say plain flour what did u mean? Was ‘self-raising’ or ‘cake flour’ maybe? I can’t find any bread flour

3. 25 г (2 столовые ложки) Сахарный сахар
4. 4 г (1 1/4 ч.л.) Мгновенные сушеные дрожжи
5. 100 мл Теплый молоко
6. 1 Яйцо
7. 15 г (1 1/2 ст. Л.) Смягчить сливочное масло
(С)
1. 60 г (1/2 чашки) сыра Моцарелла
2. 40 г (1/4 чашки) Сыр Чеддер
2. Малины (зеленый лук) для брызг на вершине хлеба
Выпекать в предварительно разогретой духовке 165 ° C ~ 185 ° C в течение 13-15 минут.
Время выпекания и температура могут варьироваться в зависимости от типа и точности печи. Возможно, вам потребуется настроить температуру в духовке.

Although I appreciate this recipe & the relaxing piano music, it would be a lot more helpful, if you could put the ingredients in a line up here below & in a language most can understand, like what is (100 ml milk) & what is (180 g bread flour), or what is Caster Sugar? mainly what does (ml) or (g) mean or what USA oven temperature is the same as 165 or 185 C?
Jeez,I know most inconvenient that a majority of the world uses metric measure and Centigrade temps, but poor murika still in the dark ages ...lol just look up a conversion table online, how difficult is that..?

Hi Kara A, after the dough rised for the first time, I gently knead the dough for only around 1 minute plus.
