My measurement for all-purpose flour 125 grams for each cup. This recipe use 375 grams. Some people want to use a cup so I give a cup of measurement. Maybe you don't understand or confused. It said: 'please use it accordingly as the given recipe'. The recipe said 375 grams mean 3 cups (3 x 125 = 375). I hope it can help.

You're welcome. For a pizza I use middle rack and use top-bottom heat (upper-lower heat)
