I’m going to try this tomorrow! The only thing I would do differently is sauté the onion and garlic then throw it into the potato and mix well. I just love onions.

Uk sells either plain flour/ selfraising flour. What's the replacement for all purpose flour?
All-purpose flour the same as plain flour
Usulally while baking bread which type of flour do u use ? Apf or Bread flour?.. or apf which has protins mpre than 10.5%
For most of my recipes I use all-purpose flour.
