The reverse lotus , was just sublime with this sequence . It reminded me of a pose I saw in Ayurveda the science of self healing but it was on the stomach and for anger😂. Thanks ❤

I came back to this video today and forgot I left a comment but the video seemed new through out the whole practice. Amazing practice, Shaunneka! I loved it very much. I did experience what I believe was some nerve tension in my legs, though. When I tried to straighten one leg at a time from the Happy Baby pose as you cued, my legs felt tight, and I couldn’t fully straighten them. I had to keep them bent. Any tips on how to relieve that tension?Thanks again for the great session!
In that case, I'd keep a bend in the knee. You can also lower the whole leg to the floor and bring the opposite foot to the floor. So you'd be slightly on your side. (I'll try to demo this in a video!)

Yea, this day was very calm and had hardly any wind. However, in the next few videos, the wind was strong, so you will def hear the waves. 🌊😀
