So glad you’re back man! The world needs you right now
Thank you dude! Your videos are hilarious. Love Max
Omg @Liam Thompson!!! Didn't expect to see you here 😱😱
Mehx!
we sure do!
We love you so much. Take care !
Never missed the shit out a youtuber like this before. Glad your back!!!
Yo that means a lot!! I'm glad to be back!
Wooov i feel like i just saw one of my old friends
That's exactly what I was about to comment! Gave me warm fuzzy feelings of listening to a close friend talk
Exactly!! ❤️❤️❤️
"Monk mode" sounds a lot better than "lockdown"
I just came here for the lemonade recipe
Nathaniel making that lemonade at the end really added some zest to this video.
Favorite part was : “I was concerned 😳 I was very concerned” 😂😂
I took the October break off social media with you!! It was truly relaxing. Felt as if I finally got rid of the venom virus of social media that straps onto you (Spiderman 3 reference)
I did too!
This is the same feeling you have when your crush hasn’t been in school and they finally show up
Can you believe he actually looks like mine aaah darn it🙂
The only guy on the internet who did the lemonade analogy properly
Hey Nathaniel really glad to see this update man! I feel like your one of the few people on this platform that shares your experiences in a way that is genuine, and it never feels like your bragging or boasting about your life. Excited man for your future projects and hope you stay safe.
Yay you’re back
hell yeahhhhh :)
The first thing I thought of as well...
I love how Nathaniel is overly poetically dramatic with his lemon lemonade demonstration. Hahaha. I so missed that energy. Glad to see you again, Nathaniel. :)
yess! You're back:) And so are we! Dude, you should've told me that you were going to visit the Netherlands. I would love to meet you (I'm not a giant though:))
"If we can winter this one out, we can summer anywhere" - Seamus Heaney, 1972
Nate, you're one of the most inspiring person i've ever known, you're just so "open" to us. You're such a kind, cool and impressive man. Very happy to see you again, We were missing your smile.
Missed you man ❤️🥰 Glad you're back! Can't wait for all the new videos, also hope you are doing well
❤️ from 🇮🇳
Consider Vitamin D supplements if you find yourself struggling with mood and anxiety during winters!
Word! I'm taking that everyday and I think it's helping. good call
@@nobackupplan please don't forget to be mindful of the dose! many D3 supplements come in 60000IU which may be too much to take everyday (just mentioning in case others read this)
Vitamin d3 is so important. I was suffering for months from anxiety, feeling drained and very emotional. All that changed once I started taking vitamin d3 with coconut oil for maximum absorption.
It's best to get the vitamin d3 with k2 if you can.
Dosage depends on where you live, how much sun exposure you get and skin tone. If you're white, you don't need a higher dosage but if you're not white, dosage should be higher. Dr Berg on youtube explains it very well and also best to take it in the morning with a meal too.
I take the supplement with a tablespoon of organic coconut oil. I hated the taste too at first but hated the symptoms of vitamin d deficiency more lol
@@limitless6531 what dosage?
@@limitless6531 out of curiosity, did you use the oil in food? Coconut oil is great for the skin but it tastes nasty tbh
As a student who doesn't have much free time, lives in a compact city and has restricted movement, I have to say I've missed your content over the past few months! Not only the travelling but just experiencing outside in general I guess. I'm really excited for your stories and experiences to be shared with us. I guess it can light up a little candle for all of us who are lonely and isolated at the moment.
Glad that you're back! Much love from the land of the giants (Netherlands)
eyy nl gang
I am always afraid of the winter days because they are usually the most difficult for my mental health. So I am glad that I am not the only one nervous about this. Thank you!
Super excited to see you back and I can't wait to watch your future content Nathaniel!
Glad to see my BFAM here 😄
Thank you!! I'm super pumped :)
A couple months before first lockdown I had not long moved to Bangkok, when lockdown hit I went back to the UK. I remember watching your video from Paris, how you had just arrived, lockdown had hit and you were determined not to go back to the US as you had decided to make Paris your home, and so you were determined to stay. This made me really regret leaving Bangkok - I had chosen it as my home then gave up on it, and I thought about that a lot, your determination was very inspiring. Cue second lockdown and I have not that long moved to Italy - this is now my home! This is were I will stay throughout lockdown. And it was the right choice. I wanted to thank you for being inspiring and look forward to seeing more regular videos from you!
That means a lot Robert. Good luck on this new journey of yours!
I think sharing is caring in this sense: Sharing your highlights and sharing your joy is so nice for all of us watching, cause we get to share your happiness and this way it multiplies, too ;)
I'm dreading the winter too! It's already hard in Canada getting -40 weather and getting snowstorms till April. I like your idea of calling it monk mode instead of quarantine though. It might really help to muster up what's left of positivity and shift my perspective on the matter like that.
you're a good egg, nathaniel! I recognize the struggle of trying to find yourself, both artistically and "spiritually" (if you will) in the public eye. the internet is a ruthless place a lot of the times and it's hard to navigate when we are given the sole responsibility of creating boundaries - tech companies aren't going to do this for us (they'd rather we just sell our souls). I truly identify with this journey you're on right now - trying to find balance between a more grounded, authentic life off-line but all the while not completely neglecting our times and present circumstance of this cyber space being where most of the conversations are happening right now. I've been confronted with this heavily over the last year as well - trying to figure out where to draw the line, what to share, what to keep sacred for myself... the urge to just disappear online.
It's hard. I'm an artist myself (making very personal, anti-establishment work) and have come to these walls where I feel like if I'm not sharing my work I feel like I'm not relevant but it's just such a construct when you really look at it. In the last year or so I'd gained some attention and traction within my "career" but it just started to feel off sharing my work in a way that felt so transnational and fleeting. you're on the right track, hun. it's important to have mentors during these times, so if you do - keep in touch and reach out. one of mine recently shared with me that this urge to just hide under a rock is a beautiful one but that it's ultimately an act of naïveté and rejection of the world, that if we want to feel like our voices are making an outward difference we need to find a way to create force fields for ourselves so that we can more safely engage. i see you doing this and it's so great!
remember just how young you are and how much wisdom you have yet to encounter. thank you for this hopeful message. be kind to yourself and check in with your body - it's wild how much of a compass our physiology can be when navigating these spheres. I used to be really oblivious to this, but when I started realizing that my heart rate went up and my breath shortened when I would go onto instagram it really made me reassess how I was interacting with the platform and has allowed me to give myself permission to break that down and really investigate that before I reenter that landscape. best of luck to you, dear. stay vulnerable, stay curious, stay embodied.
I missed you so much, Nathan.♥️ So so happy to see you again. I literally shouted "He's back" as soon as I saw this.
Welcome back, man. You inspired me to take a break Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook for the month -- and with the election here in America, I'm really glad I chose November. Looking forward to what's to come!
I didn't realise how much I missed you until watching this video. So happy that You're back!
"Faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see" - Hebrews 11:1
Keep the faith, Nathaniel!
I'm glad that you're feeling recharged! It's always great to watch your content and feel a little disconnected from the crazy world sometimes. Don't feel the need to churn out content though, lockdown is tough and put yourself first :)
So glad you're back! Hearing your thought process helps me feel more sane and grounded despite things being so "up in the air" at the moment.
It's amazing how this literally feels like meeting up a friend again
Happy
I love the fact that you call this period a "challenge", that's a great point of view! We will go through this 💪🏽
Good idea to share your latest trips & adventures 🌳
I appreciate the fact that you took time to explain us your interrogations about the appropriate or not.
Thank you 🌼
Much love!
