Audis do not look simple. What type of review is this. There is nothing simple about an Audi. The A6 is a beautiful car. I have the same model.
I've got a Oolong grey aswell. It's cool, under direct sunlight it turns brownish
Nothing simple looking about an Audi. Definitely a car that demands respect.
Such a classy car
Thanks, I’ve been looking at a 2015 2.0T premium plus
Hello, good morning. One question. What type of engine is it? no displacement greetings
Any link on the rs6 grill???
Solid vid bro. Keep up the good work
Thank you my man!
👏👏👏
Sterile yes,😂 (play with the colors) so smooth you hardly have to ask for compulsion. Simple for those who like to have understated FUN 🤩 It drives like a fighter jet, no doubt.
❤Audi❤ keep coming back to you everytime…
Substitute the word "Teutonic" for sterile... That car had a tech package on it with HUD, which is not a common package. The door sills were illuminated, the key is a smart key, so just touching the door unlocks it. It has at least a backup camera, if not a 360 degree camera. All the mirrors auto tint, not just the rear view mirror. Mention the stereo too. The car looks to be a premium plus model. Keep it up.
Prestige. It has cooled seats
@@rob3389 Cool. Then I have a "Prestige". In Canada, it is a Technik. I also have a motorized rear blind, which doesn't seem to be common.
@@Todd.T that's cool. I'm missing the rear blind on mine!
@@rob3389 After this conversation, I'm not sure what I have anymore. And to top if off, I have the upgraded MMI but WITHOUT a SIM slot. 2016 is like the year they were trying to make up their minds...
@@Todd.T they may spec differently in Canada
👍
I have the same car but the 2009 and those motors are very easily tuned with just an ecu remap to 380 hp. Great used cars for the money!
380 would be at the wheels at the engine how Audi rates them you'd be around 450 at the engine. I have a 2016 A6 with APR Dual pulley 93 Octane file. It is fun because NOBODY sees it coming. Anything from Dodge outside of the Track Hawk and the TRX doesn't have the traction to beat you light to light. You get to pick on a lot of exotic cars too. There are a few 2016 A6 Audis running an ECU tune and a trans tune running mid 11s on 93 octane and 11.1 on E85, 0-60 is 3.5 to 2.95 respectively. The last thing you'd hear is the supercharger whine and then you you knew you fuxxed up...
@@Todd.T your newer 2016 A6 is easier to tune than my first generation 2009 facelift A6. Dual pulley for example is not possible for mine and only single pulley upgrade. Also my Tiptronic is bulletproof but lacks the quick gear changes yours has.
You selling your A6 by any chance?? Hahahaha.
@@jj-tq4hx I can sell my other “girlfriend”. The 2016 has advantages offer the 2015 because it has 12 injectors instead of 6. The SIMOS 16 computer has less RAM than the SIMOS 8.5 computer in older cars, so I can’t go to the track, swap fuel and change modes. The 2016 also has a clutch on the supercharger, which some folks have burnt out. Looking into the computer, when you floor it in comfort, it may engage the supercharger clutch slowly causing it to burn. In sport or manual, the car turn the clutch fully on.
Next I need a huge heat exchanger to deal with the extra horsepower and a new trans tune because the engine is making power up to around 7300-7400 RPM.
@@Todd.T hey what is the maintenance like? College student asking
@@2kmessiah_350 The worst thing is the same thing that happens on most euro cars. Coolant leaks and the labor to fix them. A clever independent shop will avoid some of the higher maintenance costs by avoiding repairing things that may be monitored like your brake sensors.
It could be $2k for a crack in a sensor cable, but if you bring it in when the rotors look like crap or make noise, that works just fine.
In 2.5 years. I’ve done the brakes, but the used car place put cheap made junk on the car. Full brake job with OEM parts, caliper service and ABS purge was $1300.
One coolant leak at the back of the engine was $1600.
So really the brakes didn’t last anywhere near as long as OEM parts. Probably only 15 percent as long.
I’m going to say about $1100 per year with my mechanic handling all chores. Clever complicated cars cost more to take care of. But a fast luxury car with a huge trunk does the job of three different cars and costs less overall.
I used to have three cars…
Enjoyed the video, but one little recommendation, vacuum out the leaves from under the hood next time.
Noted!
9.. 8 bodies??
Love the review is accurate it's the way we want to hear reviews 👍🏼👍🏼☑️🏁🏁🏁 AU0000DI
Thanks brotha!🔥🔥
8 speed auto, and it's the same transmission that the Hellcats use just the German version
Not all places.. europe and brazil, the A6 got the dsg7 dl501..
@@AdHominem888 this one is not in Europe 😉
The s7 does not use that engine it uses the 4.0 turbo
You are correct, that was my mistake I was thinking about the S5 not the S7
Nice video but you should consider detailing the vehicle before presenting it.
it's worth it in 2021?
bought mine, same exact model, in 2021. no major problems since.
Looking to buy one. How reliable is it?
Very reliable, owners have had it for over 2 years no problems at all, its a great car!
@@IgnitionHub1 carbon buildup?
It’s a luxury German car so keep that in mind. But it’s certainly one of the more reliable platforms that Audi/VW has put out
@@axetrops decarbon service once per year and change oil on time and u will have no issues. I do the carbon service twice. Every 6 months
reliable as hell. brother has had one for many years and it’s still great
Nice car but paying for insurance is outrageous and there expensive to maintain
Without that front license plate in it
I'm considering buying an Audi A6 but I have seen on other reviews that Audi cars are not reliable and have a lot of faults with them can any Audi owner confirm they are reliable thanks
The 2.0 no but the 3.0 is really reliable
2.0t I hear is a no go. Picked up a 15 Q5 2.0t in October. Rings were bad on car since day 1. Been in and out of the shop ever since really. Dealership is going to buy car back from us. I should have went for the 3.0t.
I’ve had my A6 3.0T for 4 months and no problems at all, I commute 50 miles a day with ease and all I’ve done is oil change
Would like to see a Nissan on the channel!
Ask and you shall receive🤫
I have a 2013 and the features are basically all the same
Yeah right and i just saw a pink dragon at the park would u believe me?
@@Rexbraiku Actually he is right the platform didn't change much from 2013-2015 seer of pink dragons.
@@robertdaone yes I was kidding
