All of these points I can deeply relate with being true for a primarily kapha type. I have done a good amount of research on sweeteners and how they effect blood sugar and I have to say I've found that Erythritol is far superior to xylitol. It has less cooling which makes it closer to sugar tasting and xylitol can have a slight effect on glucose when erythritol won't. I hope this will help. I am pitta kapha and suffer from chronique fatigue. Ayurveda lifestyle is helping me a lot but the exercise I can do is limited to very gentle chair yoga and short walks. Everyone is different and generalizing in not always right. If I do too much I get inflammation and need to rest for weeks...

Kapha dosha people should follow the following things 1. Exercise 2. Neti pot 3. No dairy 4. No sugar, yes to stevia, xylitol 5. Sweat 6. Eat spicy food 7. Eat bitter foods. 8. Kapalbhati 9. Don't hold on the grudge. 10. Don't do the same thing all the time
Go for the easily doable ones at first and then, gradually introduce the rest. Also, look out for techniques that are common to all 3 doshas - breathing and meditation, instance. Hope that helps. Best wishes. :)
