In Ayurvedic medicine, the kapha dosha are the most easy going, loyal, calm, patient and consistent people. When out of balance, they can get in a rut and find it hard to get moving again. In this video I am going to share with you the 10 mistakes that kapha dosha should avoid. This video will include lifestyle tips, advice for diet for kapha dosha including what foods kapha should avoid and what foods kapha should eat. I will also talk about the best yoga for kapha dosha including poses and types of yoga that kapha dosha should absolutely not skip.

All of these points I can deeply relate with being true for a primarily kapha type. I have done a good amount of research on sweeteners and how they effect blood sugar and I have to say I've found that Erythritol is far superior to xylitol. It has less cooling which makes it closer to sugar tasting and xylitol can have a slight effect on glucose when erythritol won't. I hope this will help. It's not meant to correct or criticize only encourage personal study and broaden possibilities. Thank you for this content it's so valuable.

I like walk... Sun and moon salutation a must when I woke up... Coffee with herb or masala tea.. I am small but big size.. Hmmm.. Very drowzy and hard to wake up

What is number 8. I am interested in the technique. I got the name of the technique from the captions in the video. It does look interesting. I might try it. It does say not to do it if you have a hernia, so I will have to be careful. I have a hiatus hernia

Use tulsi for Kapha dosha. it's good. I recommended Planet Ayurveda tulsi cap because of its pure formulation.

I am pitta kapha and suffer from chronique fatigue. Ayurveda lifestyle is helping me a lot but the exercise I can do is limited to very gentle chair yoga and short walks. Everyone is different and generalizing in not always right. If I do too much I get inflammation and need to rest for weeks...
Thank you for this, however please check the nutrition value in almond “milk”. Zero. It is a liquid slurry. Add the serious environmental effects that massive production causes make a good incentive to find another solution if one is sensitive to dairy.

Yes if we toast it or granula type only...kapha can be reduced by dry grains,any thing which socks water from soil and any thing which will bring more air in body and replace soil with air and eithar

Kapha dosha people should follow the following things
1. Exercise
2. Neti pot
3. No dairy
4. No sugar, yes to stevia, xylitol
5. Sweat
6. Eat spicy food
7. Eat bitter foods.
8. Kapalbhati
9. Don't hold on the grudge.
10. Don't do the same thing all the time

Sucks to be kapha no matter all the positive things people say. It’s so hard to be one. So many rules dos and donts it’s frustrating
Go for the easily doable ones at first and then, gradually introduce the rest. Also, look out for techniques that are common to all 3 doshas - breathing and meditation, instance. Hope that helps. Best wishes. :)
