@@anujkumarshukla3881 Eat the proper food and do the right yoga. Follow a routine and use the right oils/spices/lifestyle depending on what's out of balance. When it becomes habit, it becomes a lot easier to remember. Paying attention to when you're cold/having indigestion or hot/heartburn/irritable is very helpful to know what's out of balance.

Your speech is really therapeutic, feels so right and inspires the will to work for improvement, however impossible it is to go alone in súrroundings of malsupport, prejudices (of me being a mad, impossible case) and even torturous mistreatments and psychícal harms. i am devastated at how many professional helpers have dishonestly rejected or turned me off, not helping, not engaging, and not letting me know what their problem with me was. An ayurveda therapist gave my money back and I need an explanation, to know what he terrible thing he saw/felt , whether it was a true assessment.
Because i work hard and am very changeable, sth bad can easily change ,transform, vanish with some stabilizing etc help. I am so disappointed, how can therapists be serious and reject those who most need them in bad imbalances and trauma?
How can they let laziness/comfort rule over a suffering, harmed one in dire need of help since decades? When good people do evil, it has contributed to new hopelessness and death thoughts in the bad burnout etc etc.
Don't they know that withholding info and the negative fantasies it creates, worsens the state? Don't they care? I'd be grateful for your earnest, open constructive input.dear Dr.

I have just discovered your channel. I just want to start by saying wow, what a gold mine! I love the information you share. I have just watched the pitta/kapha video before watching this one. I can relate to both. So, I am a little confused. I am definitely pitta dominant, without a doubt- easily overheated, excessive sweating, easily triggered to anger and frustration, sharp features, strong muscular build, sharp and direct tongue, etc. However, I suffer from and have always suffered from dry flaky skin yet oily in some areas and dry hair and nails, thin fair skin, and cracking/popping joints . Also, over the last four years, after giving birth to my daughter at the age of 40, in addition to some extra stress, I have retained some extra weight pretty much all over my body, no specific area in particular, even with my regular exercise regimen. I have also noticed that my previously strong appetite and digestion have declined. I am rarely hungry and when I eat, it feels heavy and sluggish (manda Agni). And I also feel tired, heavy and exhausted all the time (I try to eat dosha appropriate foods, especially pitta). I have lost my drive. So, now I am questioning what my prakruti is ...pitta/ ?? Is it simply that my kapha is vitiated or that my ojas is depleted? How can I tend to my dry Vata without aggravating an already aggravated kapha? Can depleted ojas give rise to kapha qualities and cause a normally strong digestion to tank and thus cause weight gain? Thank you in advance to anyone who can provide some insight 🙏💕

I always thought it was my diabetes that was linked to my hyperthermia/hypothermia but I think it's the spiked blood sugar that causes anxiety to increase and make me hot. Been having really bad acid reflux too, so I've been avoiding acidic foods which sucks bc I have a very strong craving for spice. Definitely have an insane drive for a very short amount of time that drives other people away. I'm currently on a spiritual journey which I don't know how long will last. I exercise for 5 hours when I wake up, meditate for 1-2hrs, read about hinduism/buddhism for 5hrs, then can't sit down and have free time bc I'm constantly looking for more information. I have lots of trouble sleeping so I stay up for longer. I know it's excessive and I shouldn't be doing it, but I don't know how to help it. I can almost feel all my motivation and will to live fading after a few weeks. I have a strong passion for music that's always in the background of my head but was very actively pursuing it before, now I just keep reading about other things. Very helpful info.

I've experienced a significant improvement in my digestive health and skin clarity since I started taking Pitta Balance Capsules. They are a natural and effective solution.

throughout life, does the balance change between doshas, or one lives with one dominant dosh throughout?

same here, I think it depends on the ratio of Vata-pitta, so maybe Vata is higher

I was told that by being a vata-pitta, that makes me "incapable of permanent relationships"...is that really true? This isn't my first time hearing something like this. Years ago, when I first looked into numerology, I was told I'd be happier celibate.

      Hey!
I’ve studied Ayurveda in detail for a long time.
      I’m also Pitta Vata.
From what I can gather.. all humans have the capacity to be in a loving stable relationship. It may be that you would greatly benefit from being with someone with a strong Kapha element and in combination with that, make it your daily practice to stay in balance.
With you being in a very Sattvic state (peaceful and enlightened) and your partner bringing a strong earth element, you should be in good stead to have a beautiful and healthy long lasting relationship if that’s what you’d like.
Much love and best wishes for your future XX

Hi 🌸 What would you say is the ideal climate for Vata Pitta? Any places/areas in the world that would be better to live for this combination?

I’m a vata pitta and like cool, rainy weather ( I live in the PNW and it’s perfect for me).

    Can you guide me..
I am overweight, I gain weight easily, have constipation, but mentally I am very active, have good intellect, tend to get short tempered. I have dry palm and feet, my skin often gets pimples. And I feel very lethargic to do exercise. My sleep is very light
I am not losing weight at all.. What dosha do I have? Please help

I'm not a Ayurvedic practitioner, but I have some advice. First of all, it is possible to be overweight when you are any dosha, even though we tend to associate it with kapha. I have very little kapha in me and I was overweight for ten years of my life. The acne you describe is most likely caused by an overabundance of oils in your diet. Honestly most of your symptoms are things that all three doshas can experience as a consequence of an unhealthy diet. My advice is to clean up your diet as much as possible and get good exercise and rest. Once you establish equilibrium, the doshas and their tendencies will come out and you can adjust your diet for maximum health and balance from there. I hope this helps.
