    In Ayurveda, weight is not a major concern but eating habits are. Planet ayurveda solves these issues by allowing the body to detox through correct dietary restrictions, it is possible to achieve a toned body.

    The best teacher I found until now!! I have been curious about Ayurveda for myself but it has been so hard since I am learning on my own and there is so much dispersed information.
    Everything so well explained, simple and easy to understand and memorize. Thank you so much ❤️

    Iam currently pursuing my ug in ayurveda and I really want to excel and do well in what I do while the language I.e,Hindi is getting a bit of a hindrance but it awes me and inspires me to see people wanting to learn ayurveda and the zeal they show towards our wholistic treatment and I really wish I do well in this field though Iam still not sure what I’ll lead or end up becoming !years later after I complete my degree I would want to comeback and reflect on the time I was unsure abt my future self!

    South Indian curries are very light because it's made from coconut like how thai curries are made. North indian curries are heavy if you eat outside bit I heard in rural areas of north india curries are light ans not heavy like restuarants.

    I feel like these 'body types' are way too generic... every person is different

    • @cueriux
      @cueriux 7 лет назад +19

      Of course, but they stem from the 3 basic doshas. Like temperaments.
      Imagine color theory, you could argue that RGB is too generic to describe all the colors. But you can still make them all just by combining the three in different measures.

      This is not negatively meant but if u use the word 'generic"......you have still a bit of learning to do.... and if you r open 2 that..... the world will B yours........ Its called Authentic POWER. Namaste
