    Thank you I have naturally eaten these foods in the past and felt great. In adapting to various partners diets I ate much more meats and dairy. Looking into auruveda recently I'm happily surprised to see my old diet patterns fit my type. You gave me information I didn't know. I appreciate this very much

    People make eating kapha so hard. It's simpler than most make it. Reduce sugar, fruit, oil and salt, and eat more veggies, whole grains and legumes. Kapha food lists are useless and conflicting depending on which site you see, avoid them too.

    Thank you very much for sharing your beautiful knowledge in your vlog… I have had a stroke six years ago, and I am on anti sizers medication twice a day, and my head shakes a lot as soon as I hit the pillow at night, it’s very difficult for me to sleep..
