- Bodycam footage shows a police officer interviewing the mother and boyfriend of the New Mexico teen accused of dumping her baby in the trash after delivering it in a hospital bathroom. Alexee Trevizo’s boyfriend, Devyn Fierro, confirmed that he was the father of the deceased newborn. Trevizo, who claimed she didn’t know she was pregnant when she gave birth at Artesia General Hospital in January, is charged with first-degree murder, or alternatively abusing a child resulting in death and tampering with evidence. The detective did the baby a lot of justice. He knew the mother and family weren't asking any questions about the baby. He continually brought the baby into the narrative, referring to the mother as "grandmother" and saying "infant". This was smart and shows he is good at what ge does.

When I was 16 I got side swiped & so the cops were on their way. I had a few joints in a cigarette pack. I went into a waffle house that was close by & lifted up the trashbag in the bathroom trashcan & put that cig pack under it, clean liner over it, so I could come back & get it. Just like this chick did with an actual living, breathing baby. & They think she ripped up the placenta & flushed it all piece by piece. This girl unalived a baby she just delivered, killed it by doing the same act I did to joints, to a plant!. The insanity, how did she not know any better? She could have given "it" up for adoption someone who would have loved it. She showed it no mercy so hopefully the judge or Jury shows her no mercy.

I went to school with a girl who never knew she was pregnant, she was a small built girl with irregular periods. We were all as shocked as was she! She went to the hospital with severe pain and delivered a baby, unlike the monster here, she brought her baby to class for all to see, graduated in the spring and moved on with life. Normal people will never understand this cruelty.

My niece hid her pregnancy, when her family found out they all lost it, I told them that baby would be a gift, he was their first grandchild, he is 30 years old now, and the Niece went on to finish school and is doing very well.

The officer referred to them as that, but Alexee’s mom didn’t want to. She referred to herself as the mother and him as the boyfriend. But so glad the officer did that.!

Seeing the shock/numb borderline traumatized look on the BFs face is just heartbreaking. Both of these women showed no emotion at the loss of this innocent little baby, the stepfather in tears and the boyfriend in total shock and that mother giggles and makes excuses for her daughter . The father of that infant is suffering shock trauma, that mother is emotionless, a nasty character.

I disagree about the boyfriend. He looked completely in shock. Some people don’t show emotions when they’re in shock because they’re numb to the situation. They don’t know what to feel. He probably was both shocked that she had a baby shocked that he was killed. Kind of relieved probably that he didn’t have to raise a baby at his age and then shocked with his own relief. It’s a lotta emotions that he’s probably going through some people just become numb and look like they’re not feeling anything.

Yes and no. She was “in on it” in a sense that it appears she severely suppressed her daughters sexuality. Apparently her daughter went to great lengths to hide it from everyone including mom as she claimed she was still a virgin.
None of them seemed shocked that she was pregnant. The mom made a statement when she was in the hospital room after she gave birth and said “Lexi I told you about this”. That shows the mother knew she was pregnant

One of the worst things about this case is the fact that she was in a hospital, giving birth. She could have easily went and got nurses and doctors to help out her child. Instead, she threw it in the trash and gave it no chance at life.

That doesn’t relieve her of the responsibility to notify hospital staff! According to witnesses statements, the baby was full term. Immediate medical care after the birth may have saved this baby.
And disposing of the baby is a crime also.

18- 19 is still a teen. They still aren't fully mature. Also we have no idea if she suffers from some if any disorders. It's horrific what happened, absolutely horrific. But the families seem like they're in shock. And as her Mother she would show concern for her health as well.

I married at 16, green as grass. I had four miscarriages and then finally carried my son up until he was almost eight months. We both came very close to death while I was giving birth. My only son lived for 4 months. That will be with me for the rest of my life. I couldn't have anymore children so this hits me hard. Even now. Alone and older.
I had my first baby at >16< and he's still alive.

The fact the mother is unfazed by her daughter trashing a newborn is unbelievable. I watched when the girl was arrested at her house after all this and the mother was legit questioning them arresting her. Parents raising heartless people. Soulless. I was 16 when I had my first precious baby boy, 19 when I had my precious girl and 26 when I had my precious second baby boy. Never once thought about tossing them. They are my most precious gift from God. These people are absolutely evil!
