- A New Mexico teen is facing a first-degree murder charge after allegedly giving birth to her baby in a locked hospital bathroom and hiding it in a trash can where nurses later found it deceased. I think when i study psy sc i saw these cases happens due to IQ level and social environmental pressure. And i think o saw papers this happens alot in eu and usa specially for underage girls . Education is mostly responsible for it all

An autopsy ruled that the baby boy died of homicide, he was born alive. Alexee Trevizo aged 19 years old concealed her child in a plastic bag, after giving birth to him and threw him in the trash, due to her actions the baby boy suffocated and died. This girl continued to lie to everybody including her own mother. Her fake tears and emotion is disgusting. Hope she goes to jail for many years.

She could have got an abortion. This seems like such bad parenting from the mother who's just mollycoddling her daughter and enabling impulsive, bad decisions. I had a case similar to this where a teen mother delivered her own baby in her bedroom, and stashed it under her bed. I remember the smell of copper from all the blood. I remember taking crime scene photos and my feet sticking to the hardwood floor from the drying blood. I remember the tiny corpse and being alone in the room while everyone else stepped out and just feeling this absolutely awful sick to my stomach feeling for what this little baby went through. You gotta wonder what goes through these peoples heads.

I didn’t see any severe reaction from Mom that made me think she couldn’t go to her for support. This is heartbreaking, we need to be open with our children so they feel comfortable to come to you.

Most parents would be livid or extremely sad. The mom didn’t start crying until after they mentioned the police involvement. Notice how they both only showed concern once the police started speaking to them.

Her family paid like $10,000 to get her out of jail......it is very rare to be granted bail on 1st degree murder, and if you do get bail it is like 1 million dollars or something. But nope, she's out on bail walking free with a 1st degree murder charge.

Luckily it's pretty easy to tell if a baby was actually breathing during an autopsy. They do a submersion of the lungs and if there is air coming out that means the baby was breathing at the time of death.

As a mom, seeing my daughter do this would actually kill me. Knowing she didn't feel comfortable talking to me, knowing she threw her healthy baby (and my grandchild) in the trash, knowing she will likely spend at least half her life in prison... It's too much.
Yes but it's our responsibility as mothers to raise our kids to know that we will be their safespace. Clearly this wasn't the case here. Nothing excuses her actions, but maybe if she'd felt safer and more comfortable talking to her parents about tough stuff, this wouldn't have happened😔

@@MartyCart she probably didn't know or maybe its against their culture. she did have so many options, but I can only assume she has a overbearing mother plus she looks middleeastern/indian and they are know for being very restrictive with their children and disowning them when they get out of line. The mom/dad probably watches her every move so she either had back pain from an unknown pregnancies or she did know and disguised it as back pain to get to the hospital and get rid of it without her mother knowing. I suspect this is the case. If this is true, then the mother is part to blame here. Either way she is going to need a psych eval because she has probably been conditioned abnormally throughout her life.
Man I feel for the housekeeping staff and doctors and nurses that found the baby and then tried to save the baby’s life. A trauma unit has enough baggage to have to deal with without having to watch a baby needlessly die inside your own facility.

Yes this^^^^ they really do because when I told my ninth grade daughter that newborn babies up to 2yrs can always be left at fire depts, libraries or police stations (the last time we watched a video like this video with "a teenager" aka full grown adult killing a newborn) and my girls were very surprised. As in they had no idea that was an option so I don't think this is talked about enough however my daughter is raised right and I think she was more appalled that someone would use that service. There needs to be PSA's about it especially for these younger generations that seem to lack empathy and social skills due to how they are being raised by technology for the most part. I really do think they are lacking alot and perhaps this could save innocent babies lives as you don't hear about 25 or 30yr olds doing this, it's always 14-19yr olds over and over again. It despicable and there are other options

As someone who was adopted as a newborn, I can't look away from a story like this. My parents waited 5 years to adopt a baby. They were 300th on thwaiting list when they got the call that my biological parents were so similar in so many ways to my mom and dad, such a perfect match, that they jumped the line. My dad always said, "The second they put you in your mother's arms, we knew you were ours." If you watched Mad Men, then you saw what my parents were like, same era, in Don & Betty. My parents names even were Don & Betty! Very similarly attractive. They had stood out to the social workers, and my first meeting wthem was described in equally glowing terms as my dad's, above.
We were just watching old family home movies and their was one called, "The First Weekend We Had Her Home". As I was being passed around so everyone could hold me, my cousins were out of control running in and out of rhe house and in the pool, neighbors were having a beer with my dad, my godparents were beaming, and my grandparents were beaming, taking pictures holding me, and my adoption papers, giddy with pride.
See, adoption isn't a sad thing, it's a glorious one. And it has a positive impact and changes the lives of countless people. As a newborn. It is very hard to see how this mother couldn't consider that at all in this day and age. That she didn't see the baby as its own person, with its whole life ahead of them.

My mother gave birth to 6 kids and gave the second up for adoption. I was the third and didnt know I had another sibling until I was 10. It was always a confusing thing for me until I got older and became a parent myself and spoke to other parents. Sometimes being in a different home is what is best for everyone. The mother who can't care for the baby the person who wants a child but can't have their own and the baby who just needs the best chances at growing up healthy

And yes those umbilical cords are tough and it took a TON of strength or something to tear that apart. One of the nurses interviewed said it almost looked like it had been chewed through. It was mangled on the end. And IMHO she tore that placenta up and flushed it a piece at a time. Hence all the flushing the staff heard. The blood sprayed on the wall because the cord is full of blood and Alexee wasn't expecting it to spray. And for her to casually walk out of that bathroom after all that speaks volumes to how horrible she is. However, maybe she shouldn't have been allowed to go to the bathroom without a pelvic exam or sonogram to see what was going on.

Girlfriend of a friend's brother did not find out she was pregnant until she was 8 months. This was a petite slender 18 year old girl. She told everyone the day she found out. I was 19 when I found out I was pregnant. I didn’t find out until I was already 6 months pregnant. I was on birth control & showed no signs of pregnancy. I was actually losing weight during that time. Needless to say, it was not planned. I was nervous to tell my mother, but I did. I had 2 choices. Keep my baby or give it up for adoption. I made the choice to keep my baby. She’ll be 16 this year. She’s a straight A student, and the best daughter I could ask for. There are no excuses for what she did. None. She had options.
I would have respected you either if you gave it up for adoption or kept your baby! I applaud you for doing something positive. Girls today don't see babies as human. Just hide it & no one will find out! That's insanity!
To add to that, the baby usually goes on to have a stronger bond with the grandparents because they're oftentimes needed more to care for the baby which is good for both parties

Friendly reminder that “safe haven” laws are in place in the US to prevent situations like this. If you’re in a situation where you’ve given birth and do NOT want the baby, you can go to ANY fire department or hospital emergency room or labor and delivery department and they will take care of the baby, who will then be put up for adoption.

I watched many videos of this case:
1. It clearly shows that the mother knew about the daughter's pregnancy. And the mother has a reputation of being a Karen in the town.
2. Pictures of the K*ller shows she was having a very visible baby bun.
3. Autopsy of the infant clearly says the child took his last bread after being born in the washroom
4. Once instance, the mother reminds her daughter about the news of some girls going into jail for similar actions and It gives a vibe that they had had a discussion about getting rid of the child back at home or something before coming to the hospital. (SHE CLEARLY SAYS "ALEXIS, I TOLD YOU ABOUT THIS) How could she says something about that initially denied of knowing?
5. Most importantly, the K*ller is not a minor, she is an adult.
6. K*ller hiding about her pregancy to the doctors in many occations and taking a toilet trip before giving birth clearly shows she knew about what she was to do.
7. She had ripped off the ambilical code ofthe infant, and if she didn't know about it how would she know how to rip it off after a birth.
I recommend the jury/judge at the next parol to take her mother in to custody and run a full questioning round to understand if he has any responsibility to be accused for 2nd degree murder. Take back the k*ller into custody and accuse full charge against her for first degree murder of an infant.

Maybe there was r*pe or incest involved. Post-partum depression is usually about refusing to take care for the baby, and only turns into infanticide if mother is forced to take care of it regardless. Hiding the infant's body (especially in such an obvious place) is usually done when seeing the baby invokes strong feelings of shame.

I’ve seen many dead babies unfortunately. I worked in the hospital lab and had to deal with the morgue. The first one was the worst. It was an autopsy of a full term stillborn. She was such a cute baby. I will never forget her.
