- Nineteen-year-old Alexee Trevizo, who stands accused of killing and dumping her newborn in a hospital trash can, appeared in court virtually Tuesday for a motions hearing. One of her defense attorney’s motions was to modify her bail to allow her to attend college courses in person at the same university the father of her deceased infant attends. The whole society is broken! There is no outrage for what we allow on a daily basis. Some states still allow abortion and in certain states she could have found a legal way to abort that baby a couple weeks earlier because those states essentially allow abortion up to birth. She could have claimed depression and maternal distress and done this all legally. At least these people, sociopaths without compassion, are consistent. House arrest wouldn’t exclude her from attending classes, if that’s a condition of her release and house arrest.

That mom is definitely not clueless, there's absolutely not a chance that she didn't know. If you look at the videos of her cheerleading practice, it was quite clear that she was pregnant. To say that she didn't know and none of the people around her noticed is seriously laughable after watching that video.

That’s actually very common depending on when their birthday falls, if they moved and had to repeat a grade due to new schools qualifications, if the parents wanted her to start school a year late, etc. I don’t know how people don’t understand this concept. My son just started his senior year and several of his classmates will be 19 when they graduate.

The way the defense is spinning this case and blaming the hospital, etc. is infuriating! And the fact that she is allowed to go to college while out on bond for murdering her newborn son is a slap in the face to that baby. I really hope that justice is served and she has to spend many years in prison for her heinous and ruthless actions towards her own newborn son.
Justice must be served for the innocent baby. Adults must be responsible & no favour.
She is not the first woman to have hurt a baby, but being treated this leniently is not the best look for this entire case. We will have to wait until the law does its part, and then she will be served justice.

She didn't care enough to say that her infant child wasn't breathing (playing devil's advocate), didn't say "Please, help me!" , but instead put that child in a plastic bag, tied tightly, and discarded him like he was garbage along with putting bags on top of it to conceal her crime.
She didn't say a word. They had to discover the baby she trashed. She called the baby "it" she was already disassociating with him.
She's 19 years old for goodness sake! That's how old I was when I got pregnant and had my son. She knew full well what she was doing.
Some people do go through gestation and not realize they’re pregnant, but those are usually people that are clinically obese and already missing periods, heavier in size, etc.

Ample evidence supports the seriousness, to put it lightly, of the FINALITY of which she inflicted on her child.
Her friends came forth stating she long-knew of her pregnancy. Footage of Alexeeeee as an undeniably heavily preg cheerleader underscore this.

Yes why not. Our justice system is so screwed up. I've lost faith. No concern what so ever for this poor innocent beautiful baby boy. That got delivered and smothered in a hospital bathroom. By this uncaring,unconcerned slug. This whole case makes me physically sick to my stomach. But apparently it does not bother this disgusting family one bit. SMH.
