Thank you for this beautiful practice Salimah. I’ve been on this path of trying to make amends with my past and heal and listen what that inner child has to tell me and this practice was just on time! As I went through the points in my head, memories began to rise (ones that I've had clear but forgotten) and everything made me come to tears but just in a different way, like releasing that hidden pain. I strengthen this practice with some eft tapping and speaking to my inner child so I could start letting go of that and be thankful for everything to arise. Thank you again and I’m going to continue discovering the healing process through this bc at the end of the day, it keeps showing me that on my current situations and relationships
Thanks just what I was looking for as a child I had K. Activity at young age and did yoga by instint but I live in the West and my family did not understand me and I've been trying to heal trauma around the inner K. Child. I look forward to watching some of your other video's.
Thank you Salimah. A sudden fear of what is going on started to come out. It suddenly arises within my body. Is having an abusive sibling or having family conflict also part of the contract-agreement we have in earthly life? Maybe this is fear from inner child that needs safety and security. Thank you for this meditation.
Hello dearest. You’re in it. Observing your past through the now brings wisdom. Yes I think those relationships that bring conflict carry contracts. Once you recognize it you can be free. And learn. ⭐️
@@YogaVisionOnline the points acupressure u put the fingertip on, i wonder which points are this? I know from EFT they are quite similar and meridians, but this are different in your videos! I wonder what they are for the points, why you touch the tip of nose for example? Why does this heal the inner child 🌈❤️
@Klangheilraum-Julia.Anjuli these are called Marma points. And yes they are similar to acupressure and EFT points. The face is sensitive and influences the brain. I think the whole process calms the nervous system. What do you feel after you practice?
Thank you 🙏🏾❤️🩹 I got a wave of a chill when you mentioned being ready to work through and acknowledge. I don’t know what else my childhood has to show me, however I’m learning to not discount anything.
Even though I did not personally have any memories surface I did feel a sense of peace and calm, safe and loved. All is well
I’m glad you have it a try. Now you know the resources is here if you or someone in your life needs it.

@@YogaVisionOnline thanks 🙏 emotionally balanced :)
@Klangheilraum-Julia.Anjuli that’s awesome
Some were so bad that we dont remember hardly anything at all. Childhood sexual abuse is another level.
I agree. Life long impact for the child
Thank you 🙏🏾❤️🩹
