lol this was a bit much for me but I think I got the Jist of what you where saying. But I was wondering if you had something simpler that could be set up in a water storage tank to detect when I need to buy water. In other word an easy to set up sensor will go off when my the water in my tank is getting to low. Thanks for any help.
I agree, ultrasonics have their place but for 99% of tanks, it is ridiculous overkill. Here is a MUCH simpler alternative while being lower in price: gizmo-engineering.com/products/tank-alarms/tank-level-alarm/
) Liquid level is simulated by a number control, range from 0m to 10m (2) Indicator is a round number indicator. (3) Alarm including low and high situation with 2 Leds, threshold can be set by user. Light on when Liquid level exceed high threshold or low than low threshold, otherwise off. Answer please
Great. How do you make a PLC ladder program for Ultrasonic level sensor measuring multiple levels, e.g. 50% full, 75% full, 100% full, etc?

What if I install the transducer at the bottom of the tank?
my non invasive sensor can be at the bottom of the tank www.sklevelsensor.com jilina@sx-sk.com
