Hello, Thanks for your question. Object monitoring is also possible with radar, but you have to watch the speed of the update rate. If your target moves too fast, the output signal cannot follow the change of distance so fast. Our radar sensors have an update rate of typically 2 - 4 measurements per second.

The radar signal is less influenced by foam in comparison to ultrasonic, but also the radar signals are damped by the foam. If there really is a lot of foam also the radar technology will reach its limits. Is it possible to find a mounting position with less foam? Will Radar work with para amino phenol slurry or not.. we have vega 36 plus & we are facing issue with it.. there also a foam in measuring materail.
