HEALTHY BREAKFAST PARFAIT FOR WEIGHTLOSS!!!

  • This is one of my GO TO MEALS for my weight loss journey. I loveeeeee me a parfait! You can use ANY fruits of your choice, your yogurt of choice and toppings of your own likings!
    What I used :
    Vanilla Greek yogurt
    Honey 🍯
    Strawberries 🍓
    Mangos 🥭
    Homemade chia pudding
    Granola
    Sliced almonds
    You can enjoy this for breakfast lunch or dinner, also I was very hungry making that portion lol you can make it bigger or smaller it’s all up to you. However eating this is better than eating something unhealthy like McDonalds or fast foods! It’s simple, clean eating. Enjoy!
