I wonder if you realize how helpful these videos are for those of us who struggle with creativity in the kitchen. Sometimes I look into a fridge full of food and still draw a blank. Your ability to create a meal with what you have is inspiring, so thanks for sharing that with us... now to make some sushi!!!
Man, I just found your channel and it's freaking amazing. You are so laid back, beautiful, and explain things so well. Great job! I really hope you get more subscribers. You deserve it!
if you ever get a chance try to make south Indian food. Because of the geography, most of the vegetarian food is "accidentally" vegan because it uses coconut for fat and not butter like North Indian curries. Since you aren't opposed to rice, I think you will enjoy it. Try looking up Rasam, Kootu, Sambhar, Dosa, Onion chutney, Coconut chutney etc.
Vishwa Ramesh great advise! I would siggest idly as well with the coconutbased sauce/soup I don't remember the name off and all the other sauces hehe I prefer South Indian food to North Indian as it is typically lighter, using coconut and lots of fresh veggies
This is so inspiring! I always struggle with coming up with things to eat and end up making the same thing all the time. This is a really great video for picking up ideas.
Tbh this is my favorite vegan channel because the recipes aren't super basic but the average person can do them and the ingredients aren't crazy fancy or anything. Thanks!
Literally studying a bunch of your videos right now to make a big grocery list for when I move in a few days. New home, new vegan cooking life and I'm so excited!
Your videos are so consistently great. You're one of the only cooking channels I watch regularly, it all looks so good and simple! I'm vegetarian with vegan leanings and seeing your recipes inspires me to use more plants instead of dairy/egg products
Just found you and subscribed! This all looks so amazing, you are a really creative chef thanks so much for sharing! I've been especially craving sushi since quitting the animal products and I'm definitely trying this out sooooon!! 😊
I love how easy and overall healthy these dishes are. A lot of the time if I'm looking up vegan recipes they always contain things that I would need to buy at a Whole Foods or trader joes (stores that are over an hour away) but yours contain things that are easy to obtain and easy to substitute to your liking.
New vegan here and your videos are so so helpful! I love how you use leftovers and create a whole other dish. My creativity is definitely lacking with leftovers and I have containers over containers of leftovers in the fridge. Keep them coming girl you are an inspiration!
I found your channel recently and instantly subscribed. I love how relaxed you seem on camera, and your content is killer! I already fell in love with your squash-based mac & cheese. Yum!
I love this! sometimes recipe videos and what I eat in a day videos get too fancy or complicated with ingredients - and meal prep videos seem dull and repetitive to eat every day! this is the perfect video to give me inspiration for my dinners! more of these please!
All of these look so so delicious. I make the most random dishes on clean out night too but yours looks so amazing I'm probably gonna try to make something similar.
I really appreciate these videos Sarah because even though I have been a vegetarian for over 11 years I still sometimes have days where I have no idea what to make! lol. These are great for giving me ideas.
Hi lovely, I just wanted to say thank you for your food ideas! As someone who has several food intolerances, it's lovely to see that you usually don't use too many of the ingredients I don't tolerate well. It makes me so happy to watch your videos and think, I can eat that (I just won't use tomato!) Thank you, Sarah! (Will soon be making that butternut squash bake, delish!)
I made butternut squash last night for our dinner. I quick cooked it, halved in my instant pot then made a rice & quinoa risotto out of leftovers and stuffed the squash then baked it for 15 min. Squash can be a quick dinner and the best part, my husband loved it. Said their wasnt enough rice. LOL
I'm in ❤️ with your videos. I'm trying to reverse some health issues (type 2 diabetics, high blood pressure, psoriasis) and I get so much inspiration from your channel. Low carb only makes my sugar spike so I'm trying different things to find what works. My body chemistry needs a reboot to function properly I believe so thanks for the fun and tasty ideas!
It's awesome that you're adjusting your diet to improve your health! So many people never make that connection. When you finally find a diet that works for you, it will be so worth it!
You are so creative with your cooking! I looove watching your videos. I'm transitioning to vegetarian and then hope to become vegan and your videos are really helping me
wow I Love how you used brown rice and seeds in your sushi rolls 🙌🏽 & those buffalo cauliflower wings 😍.. ok everything looked amazing!! Have you ever tried the okra deep fried in an indian restaurant?? best thing in the world :) xx
this is the first video I've seen of yours and OMG I absolutely love you! your voice is bouncy and interesting to listen to, and the recipes are detailed but not boring. that sushi looks bomb AF, I need to use less rice when I make sushi too. and that MAC AND CHEESE OH MY GOD!
Best looking sushi fillings ever! I also love lots of pickled ginger! I love Asian food as a staple too and will eat people's leftovers 😁 Yes, any curry or soups always taste better the next few days after they are made.
You are so creative. I always use Frys Chicken Schnitzels bake them and then add them too stir frys. I made one 2 days ago with garlic sauce and it tasted so good!
I want you to knwo that when people ask me for vegan resources, you are one of the cooking channels I send to them. Your stuff is so well thought out, well explained, and made easy! :D Love it!
Thank you for this, it is helping me so much because I'm moving in with my boyfriend of 6 years for the first time and I've never cooked a day in my life! He's transitioning to vegetarian but is willing to eat all my vegan meals and I just want to make them yummy and edible so thank you!!!

You can be too, just try it and use what is in the fridge or store....
You can do a lot with veggies! :)
Not the smartest idea to watch this at 1am 🙃 EVERYTHING LOOKS SO GOOD IN THE THUMBNAIL!
if you ever get a chance try to make south Indian food. Because of the geography, most of the vegetarian food is "accidentally" vegan because it uses coconut for fat and not butter like North Indian curries.

Ah thank you for this tip! I must admit I am not super familiar with different types of Indian cuisine, but I will look those up for sure. :)

Indian food does taste so much better the next day! My mum ever since I was little would make Dahl a day in advance because of that reason :).

Love your videos! Just wondering, what kind of pan do you use??
your face and recipes always brighten up my day ♥
Aw! Your comment brightened up mine!
This looks fucking great! I can't wait to have some money and being able to live off of other things than rye bread, frozen veggies and pasta..
I eat a lot of frozen veg too. :) Not so much pasta, but rice and dry beans fosho.
Yeah, I know, I eat some beans too :) They're surprisingly expensive in Denmark, though ^^
i plan to start a vegan cooking channel here pretty soon, and your channel really is my inspiration! i can only hope to be half as creative as you are though lol. thanks so much for taking the time and energy to share these wonderful recipes with us
Ah RUclips is such fun! I only wish I had started my channel sooner. :)
Love the video, I'm totally inspired! Could you maybe do a video on how to make sushi/best vegan sushi recipes/where to get the supplies? Thanks :)
loved this 😊😊😊
Same here on the scavenger thing... Wasting food is like my main pet peeve
Hehe glad I'm not alone. Sometimes people think I'm weird but I hate to see food get thrown away!
Omg Sarah! Everything looked amazing! I love okra but never know how to incorporate it into meals other than gumbo or just having it roasted. Now I do ;)
Thank yooou! Weirdly enough I've never had gumbo! I need to try it ASAP.
Glad to see your face. Awesome recipes as always, you make it easy to be vegan.
LOVE THIS!!! Next up...one week of lunches! :)
Lol maybe! Most of my lunches are leftovers from the previous night's dinner though.
Nice choices. I have to make the Buffalo cauliflower
I love seeing how you use leftovers to create new meals the next day!
thx for the video, very inspiring :)
