The 77D has 2 control dials, AF on button, and a top LCD... seems to be the better choice. Also it’s worth noting I’ve used the touch function on the D5600; to change focus point selection rather than aperature, yet no matter what you choose for its function it’s not that ergonomic; and thus not the easiest thing to do when your face is up towards the screen when looking through the view finder.
Actually in low light still photos nikon does it better. Its the Auto focus that sucks. As long as the quality is good older sensors doesn't matter. Tough decision to make.
Which camera of the two should I choose for amateur landscape astrophotography? I know full Frame are the best for that job but I m' moving around that budget.
I hate to move on from my Minolta 101 but the advantages of digital seem hard to over come. I felt like I had complete control of my Minolta's which I loved. There are so many controls on the new DSLR's it looks overly complex. I'm liking the t7i so far.
This will be my first dlsr and I know very little about photography. I will be shooting wildlife , landscapes and the some portraits. I want a camera and lenses for distance. Which would you suggest?
I'm looking for my first dslr I'll be taking more pictures little videos and I travels around so which one will be in middle rang price under $800 to 850
Guys I've recently bought the d5600 and it's awesome literally I'm not a vlogger so I don't care about filming I just wanna take a cool pics And u guys are can buy whatever u want if you're convinced that the canon is better buy it no body is forcing u to buy the Nikon And they're pretty much the same but I love the Nikon more
In terms of photography, the D5300 although that does not mean the 200D cannot take good photos, the 200D takes great photos as well. The 200D has better technology and is more recent than the D5300. If you are getting your first DSLR, do get the 200D although that does not seem to be your question. If you are already a Nikon user and you are focused on strictly photography, the d5300 may be the way to go.
On average high-end users that care about image quality nuances like DR are not the folks buying cameras at this level... People buying cameras at this level generally care far more about things like ease of use, video AF, and overall functionality. If you are picky about image quality you shouldn't be looking at inexpensive entry level models like these.
Hi Jeremy, I am planning to purchase Canon 800D. I saw from the canon website they have written Rebel T7i, whereas the camera I was about to buy has the mark of 800D on camera. Is there is a difference or why is that ... Thank you
Canon T7i, the Nikon is slightly better in photos and worse in taking videos compared to the Canon T7i. The Canon is in indeed a good all-rounder so I would definitely recommend you get that. You also have a bigger selection of lenses that you can use as well. You cannot really go wrong with any of these cameras, though if you are getting your first DSLR then get Canon.
canon t7i or nikon d5500 which camera is better for still normal photography (I don't need to shoot videos)?? I just want to know that which camera has the better image quality and more clear picture.
There is not really a big difference between those 2 cameras. For still photography, the Nikon is better. Although even with that said, still consider the Canon T7i as it uses more recent technology, has better auto focus and can shoot 6fps rather than 4/5fps. Who knows when you can use those features? The advantages of the Nikon is that, yes, it does take slightly better stills and it also has a better battery life than the T7i with being able to take around 820 shots on one full battery charge vs. 600 shots on the T7i. Conclusion? The Canon T7i would be a better "overall" and is more balanced. The Nikon sacrifices some video quality, features, and fps, for slightly better photos and battery. Keep in mind, that even if the battery on the t7i is lower, you will still probably need to buy extra batteries anyways. Short answer to your question: D5500 is better but I recommend you read what I said above.
Hello there.. I want to buy a dslr for product photography. Please let me know... can I purchase Nikon d5600 with kit lens 18-140 for product photography. please suggest me if any other option my budget is around inr 60000.
OK...So for a beginner that will do pics and will do time to time video, what is better to start? Easier to learn, better results, easier to use, and durable....I will have it for a long time. The use of the camera will be portraits, landscape, sports (video and pictures), holidays, beach, snow, forests...etc. I'm looking for the best allrounder between this two.. To be fair, the decision is between the 5500 and the T7i (the advantages of the 5500 vs 5600 don't seduce me)...so there is an important price difference between them..
but i have a very important something to ask you.in the tram of low light nikon wins and nikon,s dynamic is way better.for example when i try to edit a low light photo from canon its become more noisy than canon.canon uses there own sensor nut nikon uses from others like sony.why the hell nothing is perfect!
I liked this video because it gave me my answer straight away, unlike other RUclipsrs you gotta watch a 10 min video to get a yes or no answer.
Very informative comparison. Far superior than other comparison videos.
One of the better comparison videos I’ve seen. Very helpful and easy to follow.
i'm into portraits, i think i'm gonna buy the d5600

Still, picture quality its way better than Canon. I had them both, canon quality its embarrassing from build to picture.
u go straight to the point i love ur content ! bravo !!!
liked the video.
what is better for photograpy

Very good review brother 🥂
So what would be good for just taking pictures of moving cars or trains? PLEASE ANSER!! Thanks
This will be my first dlsr and I know very little about photography. I will be shooting wildlife , landscapes and the some portraits. I want a camera and lenses for distance. Which would you suggest?
Same questions here ! 🙂
Also the same question, shifting to more portraits though once my son is born.
I'm looking for my first dslr I'll be taking more pictures little videos and I travels around so which one will be in middle rang price under $800 to 850
The T7i and the D5600 both fall into that price range with the 18-55 lens. From there go with the camera that best suits your needs.
purchase canon 77D in this price range it is superior than these two cameras
Pictures = Nikon
Videos = canon
Alexander Alli people keep on saying that but idk how true that is.
Screamingoat101 just watch more reviews, it's so true
Alexander Alli I’ve watched hundreds of reviews on the cameras. They just seem the same.
Im a hybrib shooter which would you recommend?

200d or d5300 which is best for photography

Does the D5600 support high speed sync?
I am afraid it doesn't...you have to go to the D7500 for HSS.
Which camera you are using it for your making your video
Usually the Sony A6500, sometimes the A7RIII or A9.
Wow! Awesome brief conclusive video. This video is making my mind up to buy the right camera for my future investment 😊
Which camera would you suggest for a beginner to buy, between sl2 and t7i?
Jayesh Nagpal sl2
T6i
which one should i buy ?
you wrong, the nikon blow away the canon in dynamic range . nikon is the best in photo quality
On average high-end users that care about image quality nuances like DR are not the folks buying cameras at this level... Agreed! I was a former Canon user.
@Coo Koo Nikon for photos. I am currently using Canon M100 for pictures.
Awesome video 👍✊🏼✊🏾✊🏿
I went for the SL2 just because I hate how bulky the mode dial is on the t7i, and cz it's cheaper, has a newer processor, smaller, better battery life

No difference. Same model, just different names for different parts of the world.
Hi sir Hassan, we have the same Camera, did you enjoy and is satisfied with the performance and quality of T7i so far?
I am a hybrid shooter I shoot pics and videos 50/50 which would you recommend?

Sorry if it’s late but Nikon it has a high dynamic range so in post when amping the exposure up it’s less noisy an retains the data very well
